मीन मोलागैथाद

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Sear Fish (सीर फ़िश) ---------- 250 gms

Coconut oil (नारियल तेल) ---------- 50 ml

Bedgi chilli (ब्यादगी मिर्च) ---------- 80 gms

Ginger juliennes (अदरक जूलीएन्ने) ---------- 15 gms

Split green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 10 gms

Sliced sambar onions (कटा हुआ सांभर प्याज) ---------- 25 gms

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 10 gms

Mustard (सरसों) ---------- 10 gms

Tamarind Pulp (इमली का गूदा) ---------- 50 gms

Freshly chopped coriander (ताजा कटा हुआ धनिया) ---------- For garnish

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Meen Molagaithad (मीन मोलागैथाद बनाने की विधि)


-> First cut the Bedgi chilli (ब्यादगी मिर्च) and grind it into grinder and make a smooth paste. (ब्यादगी मिर्च को काट कर पीस ले)

-> You also cut the Sear Fish (सीर फ़िश) into cubes and wash and dry it. (सीर फ़िश को काटे और धो कर सुखा ले)

-> Heat Coconut oil (नारियल तेल) in a fry pan. When oil (तेल) became hot then add Mustard (सरसों) and allow it to crackle.After you add Sliced sambar onions (कटा हुआ सांभर प्याज) +  Ginger juliennes (अदरक जूलीएन्ने) + Split green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) and fry it. (नारियल तेल + कटा हुआ सांभर प्याज + अदरक जूलीएन्ने + कटी हरी मिर्च + करी पत्ते को फ्राई करे)

-> Just sweat the onions (प्याज) and then add the chili paste (मिर्च पेस्ट). (जब प्याज सॉफ्ट हो जाये तो इसमें मिर्च पेस्ट मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Tamarind Pulp (इमली का गूदा) + Salt (नमक) and cooked it for 3 - 4 minutes. (अब इसमें इमली का गूदा + नमक मिला कर पका ले)

-> Now slowly put the fish (मछली) cubes in the gravy. And cook in a slow flame for 10 minutes. (अब इसमें मछली मिलाये और पकाये)

-> Meen Molagaithad (मीन मोलागैथाद) is ready. Garnish with Freshly chopped coriander (ताजा कटा हुआ धनिया) and serve hot. (ताजा कटा हुआ धनिया से सजाये)
