Milk Thandai

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 5 cup

Water (पानी) ---------- 2 1/2 cup

Almonds (बादाम) ---------- 1/2 cup

Fennel (सौंफ़) ---------- 1/2 cup

Black pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 2 Smallspoon

Poppy seed (खसखस) ---------- 1/2 cup

Melon seeds (खरबूजे के बीज) ---------- 1/2 cup

Small cardamom (छोटी इलाइची) ---------- 30 - 35 

Rose Water (गुलाब जल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Milk Thandai (ठंडाई बनाने की विधि)

-> First take Sugar (चीनी) + Water (पानी) and boil this Water (पानी) for 7-8 minute. Now cool it, your sugar syrup is ready. (चीनी + पानी उबाले)

-> Now clean Almonds (बादाम), Fennel (सौंफ़), Melon seeds (खरबूजे के बीज), Small cardamom (छोटी इलाइची) and Poppy seed (खसखस) and soak (भिगोना) all these things into water (पानी) for 5-6 hours. (बादाम + सौंफ़ + खरबूजे के बीज + छोटी इलाइची + खसखस को पानी मे भिगोऐ)

-> Now peel the Almonds (बादाम) and taken out all these things into water. (बादाम छिले सब चीजो पानी से निकाले)

-> Now take Almonds (बादाम) + Fennel (सौंफ़) + Melon seeds (खरबूजे के बीज) + Small cardamom (छोटी इलाइची) + Poppy seed (खसखस) + Black pepper (काली मिर्च) and grind it. You can use the sugar syrup to grind. (सब चीजे चीनी के घोल के साथ पीसे)

-> Now add this mixture into sugar syrup and filtered this syrup. (चीनी के घोल मे मिलाये और छाने)

-> Now take the filtered mixture (छना हुआ मिश्रण) and grind it with the help of sugar syrup. Mixed it again into sugar syrup. (छना हुआ मिश्रण पीसे और चीनी के घोल मे मिलाये)

-> Milk Thandai (ठंडाई) is ready. Before served add some milk (दूध) + Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) according to requirement. (दूध + बर्फ के टुकड़े डाल कर परोसे)
