Millet flour Halwa Recipe (बाजरे के आटे का हलवा)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Millet flour (बाजरे का आटा) ---------- 1 Cup

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Jaggery (गुड) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1 Pinch

Blanched and Sliced Almonds(कटे बादाम) ---------- 6-7

How to make Millet flour Halwa (बाजरे के आटे का हलवा बनाने की विधि)

-> First you filtrate (छानना) the Millet flour (बाजरे का आटा) in a rosette (थाली). (आटे को छान ले)

-> Now heat the Ghee (घी) in a pan. When the Ghee(घी) becomes hot then add the Millet flour (बाजरे का आटा) and roast it till it turns golden brown in color. Take out the roasted flour in a plate. ( गरम घी में आटा भुन ले )

-> Now in other pan take Jaggery (गुड) +  1/4 cup water (पानी) and heat them. Heat this mixture, once the Jaggery (गुड) dissolves into the water. Now add Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) and mix well. (गुड + पानी को गरम करे और इलायची पाउडर डाले)

-> Now take the roasted Millet flour Halwa (बाजरे के आटा) and add the Jaggery (गुड) Mixture and cooked it on low flame and stir slowly and continuously with the spoon (भुने बाजरे के आटे और गुड के पानी को चम्मच से लगातार चलाते रहे). 

-> When Millet flour Halwa ready then add some Blanched and Sliced Almonds(कटे बादाम) and mixed well. (हलवे मे बादाम डाले)

-> Your Millet flour Halwa (बाजरे के आटे का हलवा ) is ready to served. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with Blanched and Sliced Almonds(कटे बादाम कटे बादाम से सजाये).
