Moong Dal Stiry Fry

सूखी मूंग दाल

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Moong Daal (धुली मूंग की दाल) ---------- 200 gms or 1 cup

Refined or ghee (रिफाइन्ड या घी) ---------- 3-4 tablespoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1-2 pinch

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Lemon (नीबू) ---------- 1

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long pieces

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

How to make Moong Dal Stiry Fry (सूखी मूंग दाल बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Moong Daal (धुली मूंग की दाल) 2-3 times with clean water. and cuts the Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) into small pieces. (धुली मूंग की दाल धालो और हरी मिर्च काट लो)

-> Now take Moong Daal (धुली मूंग की दाल) + 1 cup water (पानी) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) in pressure cooker and mixed very well. Cooked the daal. (मूंग की दाल + पानी + हल्दी को प्रेशर कुकर में पका लो)

-> When cooker gives the 1 Whistle (सीटी) then off the gas and after 2-3 minute you also remove the pressure of the cooker because daal can not much Smelt (गलाना).(२-३ मिनट बाद कुकर का प्रेसर निकाल दे ! दाल को ज्यादा गलाना नहीं है)

-> If you see that water in cooked daal then filter the daal. (अगर दाल में पानी है तो उसको छान ले).

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot the add Cumin (जीरा) + Asafoetida (हींग) and fried it. After you add Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + chopped green chili (कटी हुयी हरी मिर्च) + chopped Ginger (कटा अदरक) and cooked it for 1-2 minute. (तेल + जीरा + हींग + धनियां पाउडर + हरी मिर्च + अदरक फ़्राइ करे)

-> After you add boiled daal and mixed very well. Roast this daal for 4-5 minute with stir by spoon. Now off the gas. (दाल मिलाकर चमचे से चलाते हुये भूने). 

-> Now you add lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां). (नींबू का रस + हरा धनियां मिलाये)

-> Your Moong Dal Stiry Fry (सूखी मूंग दाल ) is ready. Served it with Roti (चपाती), Naan (नान), Paratha (परांठे) (चपाती + नान + परांठे से परोसे)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Spinach (पालक) ---------- 200 gms

Gram-flour (बेसन) ---------- 300 gms or 1-1/2 cup
