Mushrooms mixed sabzi

(मशरूम मिश्रित सब्जी)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Mushrooms (मशरूम) ---------- 250 gms

Carrot (गाजर) ---------- 250 gms

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1

Green Onion (हरी प्याज) ---------- 100 gms

Radish (मूली) ---------- 250 gms

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 10 gms

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 2 

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 small spoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 3 pinch

Mustard seed (सरसों के दाने) ---------- 1 small spoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Red Capsicum (लाल शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 10 gms

Masoor Dal (मसूर दाल) ---------- 30 gms

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- To taste

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Mint leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते) ---------- For requirement


How to make Mushrooms mixed sabzi (मशरूम मिश्रित सब्जी बनाने की विधि)


-> First cut the Onion (प्याज), Green Onion (हरी प्याज), Carrot (गाजर) into small pieces. Cuts the Radish (मूली) into round shape. You also finely chopped the Ginger (अदरक) and make a paste of Garlic (लहसुन). (प्याज, हरी प्याज, गाजर छोटे - छोटे टुकडो में काटे,  मूली को गोल टुकडो में काटो, अदरक को बारीक़ काटे लहसुन का पेस्ट बना ले)


-> Now heat the tava and roast the Cumin (जीरा) and make a powder and cut the Mushrooms (मशरूम) into 2 pieces. (गरम तवे पर जीरा भुने और उसका पाउडर बना ले और मशरूम को २ टुकडो में काटे)


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan.When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Mustard seed (सरसों के दाने) and fried it for 1 minute after you add Onion (प्याज) + Green Onion (हरी प्याज) + Carrot (गाजर) + Radish (मूली) and cooked it for 5 minute until they became soft.(तेल + सरसों के दाने  + प्याज + हरी प्याज + गाजर + मूली को फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add Mushrooms (मशरूम) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and mixed very and cooked it for 8-9 minute on medium flame gas. (इसमें मशरूम + लहसुन  + धनियां पाउडर + जीरा पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर  मिला कर धीमी आंच पर पका ले)


-> Now take a pressure cooker (प्रेशर कुकर) and add Masoor Dal (मसूर दाल) + Pepper (काली मिर्च) + Salt (नमक) and keep boiling. When cooker get the 2 Whistle then off the gas. When the pressure of the cooker is removed then add this dal into sabzi mixture. (मसूर दाल + काली मिर्च + नमक को कुकर में पका ले)


-> Mixed the dal into sabzi mixture and cooked it for 6-7 minute on medium flame gas. (दाल को सब्जी मिश्रण में मिला कर पकाये)


-> Your tasty Mushrooms mixed sabzi (मशरूम मिश्रित सब्जी ) is ready. Garnished it with Mint leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते) and served it with Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती) or Parathe(परांठे). (पुदीने के पत्ते से सजाये और नान, चपाती, परांठे से परोसे)

(तली हुयी कुरकुरी अरबी)
