Palak cheela with tomato gravy

पालक चीला टमाटर ग्रेवी के साथ

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Spinach (पालक) ---------- 300 gms

Fine Flour (मैदा) ---------- 1 cup

Milk (दूध) ---------- 1/2 cup

Potato (आलू) ---------- 6 big in sized

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 5-6 (Bud (कली)

Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3-4

Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) ---------- 3/4 small spoon

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 25 gms

Fresh Malai (ताजी मलाई) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Onion (प्याज ) ---------- 2

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

For Tomato Gravy (टमाटर ग्रेवी के लिये)

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 8 big in sized

Onion (प्याज ) ---------- 1 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3-4

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 4 (Bud (कली)

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Palak cheela with tomato gravy (पालक चीला टमाटर ग्रेवी के साथ बनाने की विधि)

For Palak cheela (पालक चीला)

-> First clean the Spinach (पालक) and washed it 2-3 time with clean water. After it cuts the Spinach (पालक). You also boiled the Potato (आलू). After cool the Potato (आलू) peel it and cut it into Thin and long slice. (पालक धो कर काटे और आलू उबाले और ठन्डे होने पर छिल कर पतले और लम्बे टुकड़ो में काटे)

-> You also cuts the Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) and Onion (प्याज ) (हरी मिर्च + प्याज को काटे)

-> Now take Spinach (पालक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट)  + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) and give the steam without water. Now you add Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) into it and grind it into grinder and make a smooth paste. (पालक + लहसुन + अदरक पेस्ट + हरी मिर्च  + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर को पीसे)

-> Now take Fine Flour (मैदा) + Milk (दूध) + Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) and mixed it very well. You also add the Spinach mixture (पालक मिश्रण) and mixed it. This mixture is ready for make the cheela. (मैदा + दूध + बेकिंग पाउडर + पालक मिश्रण मिलाये , चीलों का घोल तैयार है)

-> Take a non stick tawa and heat it and put the some Oil (तेल). Now take 1 tablespoon Cheela solution (चीलों का घोल) and spread over the tawa. You also spread the some Oil (तेल) around the Cheela (चीला). (नॉन स्टिक तवे पर तेल + चीलों का घोल फैलाये और सेके)

-> When the below surface of Cheela (चीला) became brown in color then turn it over with the help of ladle (कलछी) and roast it on other side. When cheela cooked then spread the 2 tablespoon Cheese (पनीर) and roll it like a dosa. (नीचे बाली सतह ब्राउन होने पर पलते और दूसरी तरफ सेके)

-> Now now fill the Cheela (चीला) with Potato pieces (आलू के टुकड़े). You also spread the some grated Cheese (पनीर) + Butter (मक्खन) on the cheela (चीला). Keep it side . (चीले में आलू भर कर उसके ऊपर पनीर घिस कर डाले और मक्खन भी डाले और चीले रोल कर के रख दे)

For Tomato Gravy (टमाटर ग्रेवी के लिये)

-> First finely chopped the Onion (प्याज ) and grind the Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) and Garlic (लहसुन) separately. (प्याज काटे और हरी मिर्च और लहसुन को अलग- अलग पीस ले)

-> Now drop the Tomato (टमाटर) in boiled water and taken out. After remove the skin of  the Tomato (टमाटर) and make a pulp of the Tomato (टमाटर). (टमाटर को उबलते पानी में डाले और बाद में निकाल कर छिलका उतार दे और टमाटर का गूदा निकाल ले)

-> Heat the Butter (मक्खन) in a fry Pan.When Butter (मक्खन) is heat then add Onion (प्याज) and fried it until it turn  to golden brown in color. After you add Garlic (लहसुन) + Sugar (चीनी) + Salt (नमक) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (मक्खन + प्याज + लहसुन + चीनी + नमक + हरी मिर्च फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Tomato pulp (टमाटर का गूदा) and you add some water according to your gravy requirement. (इसमें टमाटर का गूदा + पानी मिला कर पकाये)

-> Your Tomato Gravy (टमाटर ग्रेवी) is ready.

-> Before served first put the Palak cheela (पालक चीला) in a plate then spread the hot Tomato Gravy (टमाटर ग्रेवी) + Fresh Malai (ताजी मलाई) on the cheela and served it.
