Palak Paneer Kofta

पालक पनीर कोफ्ता


Ingredients (सामग्री):


Ingredients  For Kofta (कोफ्ते के लिये सामग्री)

Spinach (पालक) ---------- 500 gms

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 60 gms

Bread (ब्रेड) ---------- 4-6 slice

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Ingredients  for Curry (करी के लिये सामग्री)

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 5 medium sized

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long pieces

Cumin (जीरा) ----------  1/2 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Cream or Malai (क्रीम या मलाई) ---------- 1/2 Cup

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon


How to make Palak Paneer Kofta (पालक पनीर कोफ्ता बनाने की विधि)


For Kofta (कोफ्ता बनाने के लिए)

-> First washed the Spinach (पालक) with clean water and cuts into small pieces and boiled it. (पालक को कर काट ले और उबाल ले)

-> Now soaked the Bread (ब्रेड) into water. When Spinach (पालक) is boiled then cool and strain the water of Spinach (पालक) and cool it. (ब्रेड को पानी में भिगो दे और पलक के ठंडा होने पर उसका पानी छान ले)

-> Takenout the Bread (ब्रेड) into the water and remove the water of the bread (ब्रेड) by the presser of hand. and mixed it into Spinach (पालक). You also add the Salt (नमक) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) +  Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) and mixed very well. (ब्रेड को पानी में से निकाल कर पालक में मिलाये इसमें नमक + गरम मसाला + हरी मिर्च मिलाये)

-> Now divide the Cheese (पनीर) into 2 part. In one part add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and make it yellow. (पनीर को 2 भागो में बाटे और एक भाग में हल्दी पाउडर मिलाये)

-> Now make a kofte first take yellow Cheese (पनीर) then put the white Cheese (पनीर) and after you put the Spinach mixture (पालक मिश्रण). (कोफ्ते इस तरह से बनाये की पहेले पीला पनीर फिर सफेद पनीर और बाद में पालक मिश्रण आये)

-> Now take a fry pan and add Oil (तेल) and put on to gas. Take one kofta and drop it into hot Oil (तेल). You can fry more than one Kofta (कोफ्ते) at a time. Fried it until they turn  to golden brown in color. Keep all these kofte on a Napkin Paper. (कोफ्ते ब्राउन होने तक तल लीजिये और नप्किन पेपर इन कोफ्ते को रखे)

-> Make all these  Kofta (कोफ्ते) same type. You Kofta (कोफ्ते) is ready.

For Curry (तरी बनाने के लिए)

-> For make the Curry first take Tomatoes (टमाटर) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) + Ginger (अदरक) in a grinder and grind it into mixi. Takenout this mixture in a bowl. (टमाटर + हरी मिर्च + अदरक को पीसे)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it. After you add Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and roast it. (तेल + जीरा + धनियां पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर फ़्राइ करे)

-> When they cooked then you add Tomatoes-Ginger-Green Chili Paste (टमाटर-अदरक-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) and cooked it 2-3 minute. After you add Cream or Malai (क्रीम या मलाई) and mixed well. Cooked this until Oil (तेल) are separated from masala. (इसमे टमाटर-अदरक-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट  + लाल मिर्च पाउडर  + क्रीम या मलाई डालकर पकाये)

-> Now you  add 2 cup water + Salt (नमक) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and cooked it until curry boiled. After slow the gas flame and cooked the curry for 5-6 minute. (इसमे  नमक + पानी + गरम मसाला डालकर पकाये)

-> Now you add Kofta (कोफ्ता) and covered this sabzi by lid (ढक्कन) and off the gas. (कोफ्ते डालकर ढक कर रख दे)

-> Hot and tasty Palak Paneer Kofta (पालक पनीर कोफ्ता) is ready to served. Garnished it with Cream or Malai (क्रीम या मलाई). Served it with Rice(चावल), Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती) or Parathe(परांठे). (क्रीम या मलाई से सजाये और चावल, नान, चपाती, परांठे से परोसे)
