Ingredients (सामग्री):
Spinach (पालक) ---------- 2 large bunches
Cottage cheese (पनीर ) ---------- 200 grams
Chopped Garlic ( कटा लहसुन) ---------- 8-10 cloves
Green chillies (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3
Cumin seeds ( जीरा बीज) ---------- 1/2 tsp
fresh cream (ताजा क्रीम) ---------- 4 tsp
Salt (नमक ) ---------- to taste
Oil (तेल) ---------- 3 tsp
Lemon juice (नीबू रस) ---------- 1 tsp
How to make Palak Paneer (पालक पनीर बनाने की विधि):
-> Wash spinach (पालक) thoroughly in running water. Boil (उबाल) spinach (पालक) for two minutes. (पालक धो कर उबाल ले)
-> When boil spinach (पालक) cool then add roughly chop green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च). And Grind spinach with green chillies and make a fine paste. (पालक ठंडा करे और हरी मिर्च मिला कर पीसे)
-> Now cut the cheese (पनीर) into one inch by one inch by half inch pieces. (पनीर काटे)
-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a pan. Now add Cumin seeds ( जीरा बीज) when they begin to change colour + Chopped Garlic ( कटा लहसुन) and cook for half a minute. (तेल + जीरा बीज + कटा लहसुन फ्राई करे)
-> Now add spinach (पालक) paste + Salt (नमक). Add water if required. When the gravy (करी) comes to a boil, add the paneer and mix well. Stir in lemon juice (नीबू रस). (पालक पेस्ट + नमक + पानी + नीबू रस मिलाकर पकाये)
-> Finally add fresh cream (ताजा क्रीम). (ताजी क्रीम मिलाये)
-> Palak Paneer (पालक पनीर) is ready to served and served it hot.
