Paneer butter masala Recipe (पनीर बटर मसाला व्यंजन )

Ingredients (सामग्री):

 

Cheese(पनीर) ----------- 250gms

Onions (प्याज) ----------- 3-4

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ----------- 3-4

Ginger paste(पिसा अदरक) ----------- 1/2  tbsp

Garlic paste(पिसा लहसुन) ----------- 1/2  tbsp

Turmeric Powder ( हल्दी पाउडर) ----------- 1/2 tsp 

Red Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ----------- 1/2 tbsp

cardamoms(इलायची) ----------- 2-3

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ----------- 2 small pice

Butter (मक्खन) ----------- 3-4 tbsp

fresh cream  (ताजा क्रीम) ----------- 2 tbsp

Milk (दूध) ----------- 1/2 cup

Cashew nut paste (काजू - पेस्ट) ----------- 3 tbsp

cloves (लौंग) ----------- 2-3

Caraway (जीरा पाउडर) ----------- 1 tbsp

Chopped coriander (कटा धनिया) ----------- 1 tbsp

Garam masala (गरम मसाला ) ----------- 1/2 tbsp

Salt (नमक) ----------- to taste

Chopped coriander (कटा धनिया) ----------- 1 tbsp

Oil (तेल) ----------- 2 tbsp


How to make Paneer butter masala (पनीर बटर मसाला बनाने की विधि)

 

-> Cut the Cheese(पनीर) into small Piece. (पनीर काटे)


-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a kadhai/ Pan and fry the Cheese( पनीर) until they grow brown and keep the paneer pieces aside. (तेल मे पनीर सुनहरे भूरे रंग का होने तक तले )


-> Make the paste of Onions (प्याज) + Tomatoes (टमाटर). You also grind the Cashew nut (काजू) with some water (पानी). (प्याज + टमाटर पीसे और काजू + पानी भी पीसे)


-> Butter (मक्खन) in a kadhai/ Pan. Now fry Ginger paste( अदरक-पेस्ट) +Garlic paste( लहसुन-पेस्ट ) and fry some time. After  we add Caraway (जीरा) + cardamoms (इलायची + Red Chilli powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Cinnamon (दालचीनी) + cloves (लौंग) +Turmeric Powder  (हल्दी पाउडर) + Cashew nut paste (काजू - पेस्ट) + Garam masala (गरम मसाला) and and cook on a slow flame for 1 minute. (मक्खन + जीरा + इलायची + अदरक पेस्ट + लहसुन पेस्ट + दालचीनी + लौंग + हल्दी पाउडर + काजू - पेस्ट+ गरम मसाला मिलाकर फ़्राइ करे)


-> After add paste of Onions (प्याज) + Tomatoes (टमाटर) and Fry this mixture untill the paste turns reddish brown. (इसमे प्याज + टमाटर डालकर पकाये)


-> Add fresh cream  (ताजा क्रीम) +Milk (दूध) and keep it on low flame for 2 minutes, if required add water as you like gravy(तरी). (इसमे  ताजा क्रीम + दूध टमाटर डालकर पकाये)


-> Add Cheese(पनीर) and remaining butter and in the greavy and add salt (नमक) and keep it low flame for 2-3 minutes . Paneer butter masala is ready to served. (पनीर + नमक + मक्खन मिलाकर पकाये)


-> Hot and delicious Paneer butter masala (पनीर बटर मसाला) is ready. Before served garnish it with Chopped coriander (कटा धनिया). (हरे धनिये से सजाये )
