पनीर चना दाल

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Channa dal (चना दाल) ---------- 1 cup

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 100 gm

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 2

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- a pinch

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 3 cloves

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ---------- a small piece

Cardamom (इलायची) ---------- 1

Clove (लौंग) ---------- 2

Bay leaf (बे पत्ती) ---------- 1

Red chilli (लाल मिर्च) ---------- 1

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed


How to make Paneer Channa Dal (पनीर चना दाल बनाने की विधि)


-> First washed the Channa dal (चना दाल) with clean water and soaked it into water for 1 hours. (चना दाल को धो ले और उसको पानी में भिगो कर रखे)


-> Cut Cheese (पनीर) into cubes. You also finely chopped the Onion (प्याज), Tomato (टमाटर), Ginger (अदरक), Garlic (लहसुन). (पनीर को क्यूब में काटे और प्याज, टमाटर, अदरक, लहसुन को बारीक़ बारीक़ काटे)


-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a pressure cooker. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cinnamon (दालचीनी) + Cardamom (इलायची) + Bay leaf (बे पत्ती) + Red chilli (लाल मिर्च) + Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Onion (प्याज) and fry for a few minutes. (तेल + दालचीनी + इलायची + बे पत्ती + लाल मिर्च + अदरक + लहसुन + प्याज को फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Tomato (टमाटर) + Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and stir till oil leaves the contents. (अब इसमें टमाटर + मिर्च पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक मिलाये और फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add Channa dal (चना दाल) and cover with a lid and cook till it whistles once. (अब इसमें चना दाल मिलाये और ढक्कन ढक कर 1 सीटी आने तक पकाये)


-> When pressure of the cooker is remove then transfer the dal (दाल) to a serving bowl. (प्रेशर ख़तम होने पर दाल को कटोरे में निकाल ले)


-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then fry the Cheese (पनीर) till golden. (तेल + पनीर को फ्राई करे)


-> Now add fried Cheese (तला हुआ पनीर) into dal (दाल). (तला हुआ पनीर, दाल में मिलाये)


-> Paneer Channa Dal (पनीर चना दाल) is ready. Garnished it with Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) and served it with rice (चावल), roti (रोटी). (धनिया पत्ते से सजाये और चावल, रोटी के साथ परोसे).
