Paneer Dosa Recipe (पनीर डोसा व्यंजन )

Ingredients ( सामग्री):

 

Rice (चावल) ----------- 3 cup

Urad ki dhuli dal (उड़द की धुली दाल) ----------- 1 Cup

Fenugreek seeds (मेथी के बीज) ----------- 1tbsp

Potato (आलू)  ----------- 350 gram 

Chopped onions ( कटी प्याज) ----------- 1/2 cup

Cottage cheese (कसा पनीर) ----------- 150 gram

Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज या राइ) ----------- 1tbsp

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ----------- 8-10

Turmeric Powder  ( हल्दी पाउडर) ----------- 1/2 tbsp

Chopped green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) ----------- 2-3

Red Chilli powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ----------- 1/2 tbsp

Salt (नमक) ----------- to taste

Oil (तेल)

 

How to make (बनाने की विधि) :

 

-> Soaked rice (चावल), urad ki dhuli dal (उड़द की धुली दाल), renugreek seeds (मेथी के बीज) in a water separately 7-8 hours. (चावल + उड़द की धुली दाल + मेथी के बीज पानी मे भिगो कर रखे)


-> Blend it and make a fine paste by adding some water (पानी). After add Salt (नमक) and leave it 10-12 hr.for fermentation. (चावल + उड़द की धुली दाल + मेथी के बीज पीसे और नमक मिलाकर 10 घंटे किण्वन के लिये रखे )


-> Cut the potato (आलू) into small pieces and onions (प्याज) into long pieces. (आलू + प्याज काटे)


-> Heat 2 tbsp oil (तेल) in a pan and fry the mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज या राइ) + Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) . Aftre fry onions (प्याज) until turns light brown. (तेल + सरसों के बीज या राइ + करी पत्ते + प्याज फ़्राइ करे)


-> Now add potato (आलू) + Cottage cheese (कसा पनीर) + Chopped green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) and mixed well. Now add Red Chilli powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder  ( हल्दी पाउडर ) and fry it 3-4 minutes. (इसमे आलू + कसा पनीर + कटी हरी मिर्च + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर  मिलाये)


-> Now take 1 tablespoon solution of Maida (मैदा), and spread it diluted with lighter pressure as Chila (rapper). Cooked it on medium flame gas.  When it cooked it spread paneer mixture. and spread the oil on all the corners. (तवे पर एक चमचा घोल डालिये और चमचे से हल्का दबाव डालते हुये पतला चीला जैसा (रैपर) बनाये और धीमी आग पर सेके, जब ये सिक जाये तो पनीर मिश्रण रखे)


-> Now take non stick tawa and spread 1 tbsp fine paste whole of the tawa .


-> After roll it and remove the gas. Paneer Dosa Recipe is ready. 


-> Served it with sambhar (सांभर) and  chutney (चटनी)

Khoya or Mawa (खोया और मावा) ---------- 200 gms

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 100 gms
