Paneer Makhanwala Recipe (पनीर मखानवाला व्यंजन)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Cheese or Paneer (पनीर) ---------- 250 gms 

Fresh Cream / Malai (ताजा क्रीम/ मलाई )  ---------- 200 gms

Tomato Puree (टमाटर का रस) ---------- 200 gms 

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 2-3 tblsp 

Dried Fenugreek Leaves (मेथी के पत्ता) ---------- 2 tblsp 

Cumin seeds (जीरा बीज)  ---------- 1/2 tbsp

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 tsp

Red chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 tsp 

Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 tsp 

Ghee (घी)

Chopped Green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3 

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 


How to make Paneer makhanwala Recipe (पनीर मखानवाला व्यंजन बनाने की विधि)


->  Heat the ghee (घी) in a frying pan and cut the paneer into 2.5-cm/1-inch cubes. Fry the paneer to a light brown and remove to drain (निकालना) on a plate. And keep a side (अलग रख दो). (घी + पनीर के टुकड़े तल ले)


-> First melt the butter (मक्खन) in a pan. Add fry Cumin seeds (जीरा बीज) + Chopped Green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Fenugreek Leaves (मेथी के पत्ता) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Tomato Puree (टमाटर का रस) + Salt (नमक) + Red chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and simmer for 5-6 minutes. (मक्खन + जीरा बीज + कटी हरी मिर्च + मेथी के पत्ता + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + टमाटर का रस + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर डाल कर फ्राई करे)


-> Now Add the Fresh Cream / Malai (ताजा क्रीम/ मलाई ) and Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) and cook further for 3-4 minutes. After cook it Add Paneer (पनीर) and cook for a minute. (इसमें ताजा क्रीम/ मलाई + गरम मसाला पाउडर + पनीर के टुकड़े डाल कर पकाये)


-> Garnish (सजाना) it with fresh coriander leaves(हरे धनिये). (हरे धनिये से सजाये)

 


Help

And keep a side ------------ अलग रख दो 

Drain --------- निकालना

Simmer -----------  धीरे - धीरे पकना

Garnish --------- सजाना
