Paneer Malpua

पनीर मालपुआ

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Fine flour (मैदा) ---------- 1/2 cup

Semolina (सूजी) ---------- 1/2 cup

Condensed milk (गाढ़ा किया हुआ दूध) ---------- 1/2 tin

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 50 gms

Saffron (केसर) ---------- a few strands

Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) ---------- 2 pinches

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 11/2 cups 

Cream or chocolate (क्रीम या चॉकलेट) ---------- as needed

Fried Cashewnut (तले हुए काजू) ---------- as needed 

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed

How to make Paneer Malpua (पनीर मालपुआ बनाने की विधि)

-> First take the Fine flour (मैदा) + Semolina (सूजी) + Condensed milk (गाढ़ा किया हुआ दूध) + Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) and mixed very well and set aside for 10 minutes. (मैदा + सूजी + गाढ़ा किया हुआ दूध + बेकिंग पाउडर को अच्छी तरह मिला ले)

-> Now you add Sugar (चीनी) with water in a pan and boil till the syrup is is of sticky consistency and off the gas. (चीनी + पानी को उबले और चाशनी बनाये)

-> Now grated the Cheese (पनीर) and blend along with Fine flour mixture (मैदा मिश्रण) to a batter and set aside. पनीर को कसे और मैदा मिश्रण में मिला कर मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add small portions of the batter and fry on a low flame. When it is just fried, add to the syrup (चाशनी). ( do not fry till crisp). (तेल + 1 चम्मच मिश्रण ले कर धीमी आंच पर तल ले और चाशनी में डुबो दे)

-> Remove immediately from the syrup (चाशनी) and set aside on a plate. (चाशनी से निकाल कर प्लेट में रखे)

-> Add Cream or chocolate (क्रीम या चॉकलेट) and sprinkle Fried Cashewnut (तले हुए काजू) and serve. (इसमें क्रीम या चॉकलेट + तले हुए काजू डाले).

-> Tasty Paneer Malpua (पनीर मालपुआ) is ready.
