Paneer Manchurian Recipe

पनीर मंचूरियन व्यंजन

Ingredients (सामग्री):

 

 

Paneer or Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 200 gm 

Corn flour (मकई का आटा) ---------- 2 tsp 

Spring onions (हरा प्याज़)  ---------- 2 tsp 

Soya sauce (सोया सॉस) ---------- 2 tsp 

Flour (आटा) ---------- 1/2 cup 

Chopped green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च)  ---------- 1 to 3

Ginger garlic paste (अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट)   ---------- 4 tsp

Chopped Garlic  (कटा लहसुन) ---------- 6 

Salt(नमक) ---------- to taste

Chinese salt (चाइनीस नमक) ---------- 1/2 tsp 

Grated paneer ---------- 1 tsp 

Finely chopped Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1/2 tbsp 

Water (पानी) ---------- 1/4 Cup

Oil (तेल) ---------- for frying paneer Manchurian

 

 

 

How to make Paneer Manchurian (पनीर मंचूरियन व्यंजन बनाने की विधि)

 

 

-> First cut the paneer (पनीर) into square pieces.(पनीर काटे)

 

-> Now cover these pieces Salt( नमक) and 2 teaspoons of Ginger garlic paste (अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट) and keep aside for 10 minutes. (पनीर के टुकडो को नमक + अदरक- लहसुन पेस्ट में लपेटे)

 

-> Now first Mix Corn flour (मकई का आटा) + Flour (आटा) + ginger-garlic paste (अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट) + salt (नमक) in a bowl and make a Smooth mixture (चिकना मिश्रण)using little water. (मकई का आटा + आटा + अदरक- लहसुन पेस्ट नमक मिला कर चिकना मिश्रण बनाये)

 

-> Now dip the paneer (पनीर) pieces in this mixture and fry in hot oil until they turn golden and keep is aside. (पनीर के टुकडो को तले)

 

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in another pan and fry the Chopped Garlic  (कटा लहसुन). After you add Soya sauce (सोया सॉस) + spring onions (हरा प्याज़) + fried paneer (पनीर) pieces + Chopped green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च) + salt(नमक) + Chinese salt (चाइनीस नमक) and 1/2 cup of water (पानी) and cook on low flame. (तेल + लहसुन फ्राई करे और इसमें सोया सॉस + हरा प्याज़ + पनीर + कटी हरी मिर्च + नमक + चाइनीस नमक + पानी मिला कर पकाये)

 

-> After you take 3 teaspoons of Corn flour (मकई का आटा) and half a cup of water (पानी) and mix well. Now add this mixture in boiling mixture and cook well until the sauce thickens. (इसमें मकई का आटा + पानी मिला कर पकाये)

 

-> Paneer Manchurian (पनीर मंचूरियन व्यंजन) is ready to served . Before served Garnish it with grated cheese and Chopped coriander (कटा धनिया). (हरा धनिया डाल कर सजाये)
