पनीर परांठा व्यंजन

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Grated Paneer (कसा पनीर) ---------- 100 gms 

Chopped onions (कटी प्याज) ---------- 1

Wheat Flour  ---------- 2 cup

Grated Ginger (कसा अदरक )

Chopped green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1 or 2 finely 

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Red chilli powder (optional) (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- as per taste

Garam masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- as per taste

Carom Seeds (अजवायन) (optional) ---------- 1/2 tsp 

Chopped  Coriander leaves (कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ते)

Butter / Oil (मक्खन, घी) ---------- for frying

How to make Paneer Parantha Recipe (पनीर परांठा बनाने की विधि)

-> First mix the water in Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) make a soft dough (गूथा आटा). (गेहूं का आटा + पानी मिलाकर नरम गूथ ले)

-> Now mix the Grated Paneer (कसा पनीर) + Chopped onions (कटी प्याज) + Grated Ginger (कसा अदरक) + Chopped green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Red chilli powder (optional) (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Garam masala (गरम मसाला) + Salt (नमक) + Carom Seeds (अजवायन) + Chopped  Coriander leaves (कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ते). This stuffing is ready. (कसा पनीर + कटी प्याज + कसा अदरक + कटी हरी मिर्च + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + गरम मसाला + नमक + अजवायन + कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ते मिलाये, पिठ्ठी तैयार है.)

-> Now make a small balls like lemon in size.(आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now with the help of Rolling pin (बेलन) make a 3 inch paratha put all the stuffing items and cover the mixture with the roti. (पिठ्ठी रख कर पतला बेल ले)

-> Cook the parathas on both the sides with the Butter / Oil (मक्खन, घी). And cook them until parathas became golden brown. (थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक सेक ले)

-> Spread butter over it and Paneer Parantha is ready to served . Paneer Parantha served with fresh curd (ताजा दही) or sos(सोस). (ताजा दही, सोस के साथ परोसे)


Stuffing ---------- भरी जाने वाली सामग्री

Spread ---------- फैलाना 

slightly ---------- थोड़ा सा

Dough ---------- गूथा आटा
