Paneer Rasala

पनीर रसाला

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 250 gm

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 50 gm

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 2

Khoya/ Mawa (खोया/मावा) ---------- 25 gm

Coriander seeds (धनिया बीज) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Red chilli (लाल मिर्च) ---------- 3

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed

How to make Paneer Rasala (पनीर रसाला बनाने की विधि)

-> First heat 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Coriander seeds (धनिया बीज) + Red chilli (लाल मिर्च) and fry it and set aside. (तेल + धनिया बीज +  लाल मिर्च को फ्राई करे और अलग रख दे)

-> Now take the Cashewnut (काजू) + fried Coriander seeds-Red chilli (धनिया बीज- लाल मिर्च) in a grinder and grind it. (अब काजू + तली धनिया बीज- लाल मिर्च को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Cut Cheese (पनीर), Tomato (टमाटर) into small pieces. (पनीर, टमाटर को काटे)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan.When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cheese (पनीर) and fried it till Cheese (पनीर) turns to light golden brown in color. And set aside. (तेल + पनीर को फ्राई करे और अलग रख दे)

-> Now in other fry pan heat 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल). Now you add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it. After you add Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) + Tomato (टमाटर) and fried it for 1 minute. (तेल + जीरा + अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट + टमाटर को फ्राई करे) 

-> When Tomato (टमाटर) is soft then add Khoya/ Mawa (खोया/मावा) + ground paste (पीसा पेस्ट) + Salt (नमक) and cook. (जब टमाटर सॉफ्ट हो जाये तो इसमें खोया/मावा + पीसा पेस्ट + नमक मिलाये और पकाये)

-> When it start boiling then add Cheese (पनीर) and stir well , cook for 5 minutes and off the gas. (जब ये उबलने लगे तो इसमें पनीर मिलाये और 5 मिनट तक पकाये)

-> Paneer Rasala (पनीर रसाला) is ready. Garnished it with Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते). (धनिया पत्ते से सजाये)
