पनीर ताश कबाब व्यंजन

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Ingredients for making Paneer Taash Kabab:


Fresh Cream / Malai (ताजा क्रीम/ मलाई) ---------- 1 tsp

Cheese sliced (पनीर के टुकडे) ---------- 8-9

Cottage cheese (पनीर)  ---------- 400 gms 

Chopped onions (कटी प्याज) ---------- 2-3

Cheese grated (कसा पनीर) ---------- 1 cup 

Mint chutney (पुदीना चटनी) ---------- 8 tbsp 

Peppercorn crushed (पीसी काली मिर्च) ---------- ½ tsp

Medium sized Tomato (टमाटर ) ---------- 2


For marinade (अचार के लिए)

Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) ---------- to taste

Curd (दही) ---------- 1 cup

Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 tsp 

Ginger-Garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट) ---------- 4 tsp 

Garam masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 2 tsp 

Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 tsp 

Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) ---------- 2 tbsp

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 


How to make Paneer Taash Kabab Recipe (पनीर ताश कबाब व्यंजन बनाने की विधि)


-> First cut the Cheese or Paneer (पनीर) into pieces.(पनीर काटे)


-> Now for marinade (अचार) add Curd (दही) + Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Ginger-Garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट) + Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) + Salt (नमक) + Chaat masala (चाट मसाला). And mix well. Now marinade is ready. (दही + जीरा पाउडर + अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर + सरसों का तेल + नमक + चाट मसाला मिलाये)


-> Now spread the marinade evenly on the cut Cheese or Paneer (पनीर) and Keep it aside for about 10 minutes. (पनीर के टुकड़े पर मिश्रण फैलाये)


-> After you spread it mint chutney (पुदीना चटनी) evenly on the cut paneer. (पुदीना चटनी पनीर के टुकड़े पर फैलाये)


-> After you place chopped onions (कटी प्याज) and chopped tomatoes (कटे टमाटर) on each paneer piece and cover it with the cheese (पनीर). (कटी प्याज + कटे टमाटर पनीर के टुकड़े पर रखे और दूसरे टुकड़े से बंद करे)


-> Stack each layer of cut cheese (पनीर) one on top of the other, by repeating the process. 


-> Now spread the Fresh Cream / Malai (ताजा क्रीम/ मलाई) + crushed black pepper (काली मिर्च) over the top layer. (ताजा क्रीम/ मलाई + काली मिर्च फैलाये)


-> Now put the last Cheese sliced (पनीर के टुकडे) on top, bake (सेंकना) at moderate temperature for 10 minutes in the oven. (इनको ओवन में सेके)


-> Paneer Taash Kabab Recipe (पनीर ताश कबाब व्यंजन) is ready and finally cut the item into equal shapes and serve it hot.
