Parval Kurma Curry

(परवल कोरमा)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Parval (परवल) ---------- 250 gms or 6-7 medium sized

Cumin (जीरा) ----------  1/2 spoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1 pinch

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 3 medium sized

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long pieces

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Parval Kurma Curry (परवल कोरमा बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Parval (परवल) with clean water. Now you cuts the Parval (परवल) into small pieces and you also cuts the Tomatoes (टमाटर) but in big pieces.(परवल-टमाटर धोकर काट ले)

-> Now take Tomatoes Pieces (टमाटर टुकड़े) + Ginger (अदरक) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) in a grinder and grind it into mixi. Takenout this mixture in a bowl.( टमाटर + अदरक + हरी मिर्च पीसे)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) + Asafoetida (हींग) and fried it. After you add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Tomatoes Paste (टमाटर का पेस्ट) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (तेल + जीरा + हींग + हल्दी पाउडर  +धनियां पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर  + टमाटर का पेस्ट फ़्राइ करे )

-> When all masale are cooked very well then you add Parval (परवल) and cooked it for 1-2 minute. After you add 1/2 cup water + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well. Covered this sabzi by lid (ढक्कन) and cooked the curry for 7-8 minute on low flame gas. After some time stir the sabzi with spoon and again cooke dit for 3-4 minute. (जब मसाले भुन  जाये तो परवल  + पानी  + नमक मिला दे ढककर पकाये)

-> Your Parval Kurma Curry (परवल कोरमा ) is ready. Off the gas and you add Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला).(गैस बंद करे और हरा धनियां + गरम मसाला मिलाये).

-> Served it hot.
