Patha gobi ka Rayta

पत्ता गोभी का रायता

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Yogurt (दही) ---------- 1 कप 

Fine Chopped Cabbage (बारीक़ कटी बंदगोभी) ---------- 1 cup

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1

Chopped Coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Black pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 1/6 small spoon

Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

How to make Patha gobi ka Rayta (पत्ता गोभी का रायता बनाने की विधि)

-> First cut the Cabbage (बंदगोभी) and washed it with clean water (पानी). (बंदगोभी धो  कर काट ले)

-> Now take the Yogurt (दही) in big bowl and fant very welll.(दही को अच्छी तरह से फैंट ले). 

-> Now add  Chopped Cabbage (बारीक़ कटी बंदगोभी) + Chopped Green Chili (कटी हरी मिर्च) ad mixed well. (बंदगोभी + हरी मिर्च + काली मिर्च + नमक  दही मे मिलाये).

-> Now add Black pepper (काली मिर्च) + Salt (नमक) +  Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) and mixed well. (काली मिर्च + नमक + भुना जीरा पाउडर रायते मे मिलाये).

-> Patha gobi ka Rayta (पत्ता गोभी का रायता) is ready. Before served garnished it with Chopped Coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया) (हरे धनिये से सजाये)
