Peanut Halwa recipe (मूंगफली का हलवा)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Roasted Peanut (भुने छिले मूंगफली के दाने) ---------- 100 gms or 1/2 Cup

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1/4 cup

Khoya (मावा) ---------- 1/2 cup

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 3/4 cup

Cashewnuts (काजू) and Almond (बादाम) ---------- 5-6 pieces

Raisin (किशमिश) ---------- 10-15

Pistachio (पिस्ता) ---------- 7-8

Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 small spoon

How to make Peanut Halwa recipe (मूंगफली का हलवा बनाने की विधि)

-> First Soak the Roasted Peanut into Water (पानी) for 4-5 hour. (मूंगफली के दाने को 5 घंटे पानी में भिगो दे)

-> Now take it out of Water (पानी) and grind it in grinder. And make a smooth paste. ( पानी से निकाल से कर दरदरा पीसे)

-> Now heat 2 tablespoon Ghee (घी) in a pan. When Ghee (घी) became hot then add Peanut Paste (मूंगफली के दाने का पेस्ट) and roast it on a medium flame. Cooked it, when Peanut Paste (मूंगफली के दाने का पेस्ट) are not stickiness the pan and they gives the good smell. .( धीमी आग पर, गरम घी में मूंगफली का पेस्ट भुन ले )

-> Now in Other pan roast the Khoya (मावा) on a medium heat till it turns golden brown in color. Take out the roasted Khoya (मावा) in a plate. (मावे को भुने)

-> Now take the Sugar (चीनी) + Water (पानी) in other Pot and cooked it. Heat this mixture, once the Sugar (चीनी) dissolves into the water. (चीनी + पानी को चीनी घुलने तक पकाइये)

-> Now add  Khoya (मावा) + roasted Peanut Paste (मूंगफली के दाने का पेस्ट) + Cashewnuts (काजू) +  Almond (बादाम) + Raisin (किशमिश) and mixed well and  cooked on low flame. (मीठे पानी में मावा +    मूंगफली का पेस्ट + काजू  + बादाम + किशमिश डाल कर पकाए)

-> Tasty and Delicious Peanut Halwa recipe (मूंगफली का हलवा) is ready. Garnished it with Cashewnuts (काजू) and Almond (बादाम) pieces. (काजू + बादाम से सजाये)

Mango Pulp(आम का गूदा) ---------- २ कप

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- १५० ग्राम या ३/४ कप
