Pickled Eggs

मसालेदार अंडे

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 1 cup

Hard boiled eggs (कठोर उबले अंडे) ---------- 3

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Chili sauce (चिली सॉस) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Pickled Eggs (मसालेदार अंडे बनाने की विधि)

-> First Boil Vinegar (सिरका) with half cup of water (पानी) in a pan and allow to cool. (सिरका + पानी को पकाये और ठंडा करे)

-> Now add Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Chili sauce (चिली सॉस) + Salt (नमक) and mix well. (अब इसमें मिर्च पाउडर + लहसुन पेस्ट + काली मिर्च पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर + चिली सॉस + नमक मिलाये)

-> Peel skin of Hard boiled eggs (कठोर उबले अंडे) and add to the Vinegar mixture (सिरका मिश्रण) (कठोर उबले अंडे को छिले और सिरका मिश्रण में मिलाये)

-> Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. (जार को फ्रिज में रखे)

->  Pickled Eggs (मसालेदार अंडे) is ready. The pickle can be used after 2 days.
