Pineapple Paratha

(अनानस के परांठे)
Ingredients (सामग्री):

Pineapple (अनानस) ---------- 1

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 500 gms

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

How to make Pineapple Paratha (अनानस के परांठे बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Pineapple (अनानस) with clean water and grated it. 

-> Now you add Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) in a grated Pineapple (कसा हुआ अनानस)  and mixed very well.

-> Now Filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) in a plate and with the help of water make a smooth daugh and keep this dough for 30 minute. (गेहूं के आटे को छाने और पानी की सहायता से नरम आटा गूथ ले)

-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now take 1 ball and put some oil is in center of balls and put some Pineapple (अनानस) stuffing items and cover the mixture with the roti. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बना कर बेले और अनानस पिठ्ठी बीच मे रखे और परांठे को चारो तरफ से बंद कर दे और बेलन से बेले)

-> Now roll it slightly and make size just like a roti and on tava cook the parathas on both the sides with the oil. And cook them until parathas became golden brown. थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक तवे पर फ़्राइ कर ले)

-> Hot Pineapple Paratha (अनानस के परांठे) is ready and served it with fresh curd (ताजा दही) or sos (सोस). (दही-सोस से परोसे)
