पिज्जा सैंडविच

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Pizza base (पिज्जा बेस) ---------- 2

Chopped Tomato (कटे टमाटर) ---------- 2 - 3 

Chopped Capsicum (कटी शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1 

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 100 gram 

Green coriander (हरा धनियां) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Chopped French beans (कटी फ्रेन्च बीन्स) ---------- 6-7 

Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 tsp

Salt (नमक) ---------- 1/2 tsp (to taste)

Chopped Green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1 -2 

Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) ---------- 1 tablespoon

How to make Pizza Sandwich (पिज्जा सैंडविच बनाने की विधि)

-> First heat the pan and add Chopped Tomato (कटे टमाटर) and cooked it until Tomato (टमाटर) became soft. After you add Chopped Capsicum (कटी शिमला मिर्च) + Chopped French beans (कटी फ्रेन्च बीन्स) and cooked it for 2-3 minute. (कटे टमाटर + कटी शिमला मिर्च + फ्रेन्च बीन्स को पका ले)

-> Now you add Salt (नमक) + Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Chopped Green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) + Cheese (पनीर) and cooked it for 1 minute. (नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर + कटी हरी मिर्च + जैतून का तेल + पनीर मिला कर पका ले)

-> Now you add Green coriander (हरा धनियां). You filling (भरावन) is ready. (हरा धनियां मिलाये, भरावन तैयार है)

-> Now cut the Pizza base (पिज्जा बेस) into 2 part. Put the stuffing on one part and other part put over it. Preheat the sandwich maker and bake the sandwich now. It will take 2-3 minute. (पिज्जा बेस को २ भागो में काटे एक पर भरावन रखे और दूसरे से बंद करे, सेन्डविच को बेक करने रख दीजिये, 2-3 मिनिट में सेन्डविच बेक हो जाती है) 

-> Pizza Sandwich (पिज्जा सैंडविच) is ready.
