Poha Egg Fried Rice

पोहा एग फ्राइड राइस

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Pressed rice (पोहा) ---------- 3 cups

Eggs (अंडे) ---------- 3 

Minced Chicken (कीमा बनाया हुआ चिकन) ---------- 1 cup

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 7 tablespoons

Chopped Green chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Chopped Spring onion bulbs (कटा हरी प्याज बल्ब) ---------- 1/2 cup

Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1 cup

Chopped Red capsicum (कटी लाल शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1/2 cup

Chopped Yellow capsicum (कटी पीली शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1/2 cup

Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Chopped Spring onion (कटा हरी प्याज) ---------- 1/2 cup

How to make Poha Egg Fried Rice (पोहा एग फ्राइड राइस बनाने की विधि)

-> First divide the Minced Chicken (कीमा बनाया हुआ चिकन) into approximately 10 portions and shape into quennels. Sprinkle Salt (नमक) on top and refrigerate for 10-12 minutes. (कीमा बनाया हुआ चिकन + नमक मिला कर 10 क़ुएनेल्स शेप बना कर फ्रिज में रख दे)

-> Heat the 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in non stick pan. Whisk Eggs (अंडे) in a bowl with Salt (नमक) + Green chillies (हरी मिर्च). Pour this into the pan and cook, stirring, till Eggs (अंडे) are fried. (अंडे + नमक + हरी मिर्च मिला कर फेटे और इसको गरम तेल में फ्राई करे)

-> Off the gas and keep aside in a bowl. Now again heat 3 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in same non stick pan. Now you add Chopped Spring onion bulbs (कटा हरी प्याज बल्ब) +  Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) and fried it till the Onions (प्याज) turns to golden brown in color. (तेल + कटा हरी प्याज बल्ब + कटा हुआ प्याज को फ्राई कर ले)

-> Now heat remaining Oil (तेल) in another non stick pan. Add chicken quennels (चिकन क़ुएनेल्स) and cook till done. Now you add red and yellow capsicums (लाल और पीले शिमला मिर्च) + Pressed rice (पोहा) in onions (प्याज). Mix well and cook for 1 minute. (दूसरे पैन में तेल + चिकन क़ुएनेल्स को फ्राई करे और लाल और पीले शिमला मिर्च + पोहा को प्याज वाले में मिलाये)

-> Now you add Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) + Salt (नमक) + Fried Eggs (फ्राइड अंडे) and mix well. Now you add Vinegar (सिरका) + Chopped Spring onion (कटा हरी प्याज) mix well and cook.(सोया सॉस + नमक + फ्राइड अंडे + सिरका + कटा हरी प्याज को अच्छी तरह से मिलाये)

-> Place poha mixture (पोहा मिश्रण) on a serving dish, put the reserved Fried Eggs (फ्राइड अंडे) on top and arrange cooked chicken quennels (पकी चिकन क़ुएनेल्स)  over the eggs (अंडे). (पोहा मिश्रण को प्लेट में रखे बाद में इस पर फ्राइड अंडे रखे और ऊपर से पकी चिकन क़ुएनेल्स रखे)

-> Poha Egg Fried Rice (पोहा एग फ्राइड राइस) is ready.
