पूरा मच 

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Sole fish (सोल फिश) ---------- 1/2 Kg

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Mustard seeds (सरसों) ---------- 1/4 cup

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 6 pods

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 bunch

Lime juice (नीबू का रस) ---------- 1/4 cup

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) ---------- as needed

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 


How to make Poora Mach (पूरा मच बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First soak Mustard seeds (सरसों)  in water (पानी) for 15 minutes and grind it into grinder and make a smooth paste and set aside. (सरसों को पानी में भिगो कर रखे और मिक्सी में पीस ले)


-> Now finely Chopped the Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) and grated the Garlic (लहसुन). (धनिया पत्ते को काटे और लहसुन को कस ले)


-> Cut the fillets of the fish (मछली), leaving them attached to the sides. (मछली के फिल्लेस्ट को इस तरह से काटे जिस से वो एक तरह से जुड़ा रहे)


-> Now Rub oil over (तेल) the fish (मछली). (मछली पर तेल को रगड़े)


-> Mix mustard seeds paste (सरसों का पेस्ट) + garlic (लहसुन), coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) + chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Lime juice (नीबू का रस) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) in a bowl. (सरसों का पेस्ट + लहसुन + धनिया पत्ते + मिर्च पाउडर + नीबू का रस + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक को किसी बाउल में अच्छी तरह मिलाये)


-> Now you add the fish (मछली) into this masala mixture (मसाला मिश्रण) and allow to marinate. (मछली को मसाला मिश्रण में अच्छी तरह मिलाये)


-> Fill the fish (मछली) with remaining masala mixture (मसाला मिश्रण). (बचे मसल मिश्रण को मछली में भर ले)


-> Now wrap the fish (मछली) in an aluminium foil and barbecue (बारबेक्यू) till done. (मछली को एल्यूमीनियम पन्नी में लपेटे और बारबेक्यू पर पकाये)


-> Poora Mach (पूरा मच) is ready. Garnished it with Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते). (धनिया पत्ते से सजाये)
