आलू फिंगर विथ बटर

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Potato (आलू) ---------- 500 gms

Fine Flour (मैदा) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Corn flour (कर्नफ़्लोर) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Nutmeg Powder (जायफल पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 50 gms

How to make Potato Finger with butter (आलू फिंगर विथ बटर बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Potato (आलू) with clean water (पानी) and keep it for boiling. (आलू धो कर उबाले)

-> After cooling the Potato (आलू) peel it and mashed it. (ठंडे होने पर छिल कर मिला ले)

-> Now you add Fine Flour (मैदा) + Corn flour (कर्नफ़्लोर) + Nutmeg Powder (जायफल पाउडर) + Salt (नमक)  + Pepper (काली मिर्च) into mashed Potato (आलू) and mixed very well. (आलू में मैदा + कर्नफ़्लोर + जायफल पाउडर + नमक + काली मिर्च मिलाये)

-> Now taken out some part into this mixture and make a 1 inch long and 1 cm. thick roll. (थोडा सा मिश्रण लेकर 1 इंच लम्बा और 1 सैंटीमीटर मोटा रोल बना ले)

-> Now take some water (पानी) + Salt (नमक) and keep boiling. After you add roll and cooked it for 2 minute. Then taken out the roll into water and keep it drying for 3 hours. (पानी + नमक को उबाले और इसमें रोल डाले और पकाए फिर पानी में से निकाल कर सूखने के लिये रखे)

-> Now cuts the rolls into small pieces. Now heat the Butter (मक्खन) in fry Pan. When Butter (मक्खन) is hot then add roll pieces and fry it until they golden brown in color and crispy. (रोल को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट कर मक्खन में सुनहरा और कुरकुरा होने तक तल ले)

-> Your tasty Potato Finger with butter (आलू फिंगर विथ बटर) is ready. Served it with sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी), tomato chutney (टमाटर चटनी).(मीठी चटनी + टमाटर चटनी के साथ परोसे)
