पोटैटो टॉरटिल्ला

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Potato (आलू) ---------- 250 gms

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 2

Oil (तेल) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Egg (अंडे) ---------- 4

Chopped Green coriander (कटा हरा धनिया) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Potato Tortilla (पोटैटो टॉरटिल्ला बनाने की विधि)

-> First peel the Potato (आलू) and washed it with clean water (पानी). Now cuts the Potato (आलू) into 2 m.m. thick pieces and dry it with kitchen paper. (आलू छिल कर धो ले और २ मिमी। मोटे टुकडो में काट ले)

-> Cuts the Onion (प्याज) into finely chopped long pieces, just like as lachha. (प्याज को लच्छे के रूप में काट ले )

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Onion Lachha (प्याज लच्छा) and fried it on medium flame until it turn to golden brown in color. (तेल + प्याज लच्छा फ्राई करे)

-> Now add Potato pieces (आलू के टुकड़े) + Salt (नमक) + Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed very well.Cooked it for 10 to 11 minute. (इसमें आलू के टुकड़े + नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर पका ले)

-> Break Eggs (अंडे) into a bowl and whisk them. Put on the Eggs (अंडे) on Potato pieces (आलू के टुकड़े) and concussion (हिलाना) the fry pan. For do this the eggs mixture is Spread on all side. Cooked it for 10 minute. (अंडे को फेंटे और आलूओ पर डाले और पैन को हिला कर चारो तरफ फैला दे और इसको पकाये)

-> Now turn the Potato Tortilla (पोटैटो टॉरटिल्ला) and cooked the other side for 5-6 minute. (पोटैटो टॉरटिल्ला को पलट कर दूसरी तरफ दे सेक़े)

-> Now taken out this into plate and break it. (प्लेट में निकाल कर इसको तोड़ ले)

-> Your Potato Tortilla (पोटैटो टॉरटिल्ला) is ready. Garnished it with Green coriander (हरा धनिया) (हरा धनिया डाल कर सजाये)
