Pudina Ka Parantha

पोदीने का पराठा

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 2 Cup

Mint Leves (पोदीना) ---------- १ गुच्छा 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Oil (तेल) ---------- for fried

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 Small Spoon

Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) ---------- 2 small spoon

How to make Pudina Parantha (पोदीने का पराठा बनाने की विधि)

-> First clean the Mint Leaves(पोदीना) and washed away 2-3 time in fresh and clean Water (पानी). Keep the Mint Leves (पोदीना) in Strainer. Cuts the Mint Leves (पोदीना). (पोदीने की पत्तीयो को धो ले और काट ले)

-> Now take a Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) in a rosette (थाली). (आटे को छान ले)

-> Add Mint Leves (पोदीना) + Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) in Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and with the help of Water (पानी) make a soft dough (गूथा आटा). Leave this soft dough (गूथा आटा) for 15 - 20 minute.  (आटे में पोदीना + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिलाये और पानी की सहायता से नरम आटा गूथ ले)

-> Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round balls. Flatten each ball and roll out into parathas about 4inch. Now spread the Butter (मक्खन) + Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) and fold this paratha and make a semicircle. Again fold this roti and make a tringle shape and flatten the roti. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बना कर बेले और मक्खन चाट मसाला मोड़ ले और दुबारा बेले)

-> Cook a paratha on a tava over medium heat. Add a little oil. Flip when one side is cooked. Coat again with a little oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. (थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक तवे पर फ़्राइ कर ले)

-> Tasty and hot Pudina Parantha (पोदीने का पराठा) is ready. Garnished it with mint Leaves (पोदीना). Served it with chutney and vegetables. (पोदीने की पत्तीयो से सजाये और चटनी + सब्ज़ी से परोसे)
