दलिया और पनीर का पुलाव

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Broken wheat (दलिया) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 1/4 cup 

Ghee (घी) ----------  1/2 smallspoon 

Cumin seeds (जीरा) ----------  1/2 smallspoon 

Chopped carrots (कटा हुआ गाजर) ---------- 1/2 cup 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Chopped Green coriander (कटा हरा धनिया) ---------- 1 tablespoon

How to make Pulao of broken wheat and paneer (दलिया और पनीर का पुलाव बनाने की विधि)

-> First heat the Ghee (घी) in a pressure cooker and add the Cumin seeds (जीरा) and fried it. (घी + जीरा को कुकर में फ्राई कर ले)

-> After you add Broken wheat (दलिया) and fried it for 2-3 minute on a medium flame.(इसमें दलिया मिला कर फ्राई कर ले)

-> Now you add Chopped carrots (कटा हुआ गाजर) +  Cheese pieces (पनीर के टुकड़े) + Salt (नमक) + 3/4 cup water (पानी) and mixed very well. Cooked it for 2 to 3 whistles. (कटा हुआ गाजर + पनीर के टुकड़े + नमक + पानी मिला कर कुकर में पका लो)

-> When the pressure of the cooker is remove then taken out the Pulao (पुलाव) in serving plate. (कुकर का प्रेशर ख़त्म होने पर पुलाव प्लेट में निकाले)

-> Your tasty and healthy Pulao of broken wheat and paneer (दलिया और पनीर का पुलाव) is ready.  Garnished it with Chopped Green coriander (कटा हरा धनिया) (हरा धनिया डाल कर पकाये)
