Rajasthani Moong Dal Poori

राजस्थानी मूंग दाल पूरी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

For Poori Aata (पूरी के लिये आटा)

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 400 gms 

Yogurt (दही) ---------- 2 spoon

Parsley (अजवायन) ---------- 3/4 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 1 spoon

For Dal (दाल के लिये सामग्री)

Moong Dal (मूंग दाल) ---------- 150 gms or 1/2 cup

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3

Chopped Green Coriander (मोटा कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1/2 cup

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long Pieces

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 small spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste or 1/2 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried 

How to make Rajasthani Moong Dal Poori (राजस्थानी मूंग दाल पूरी बनाने की विधि)

-> First clean the Moong Dal (मूंग दाल) and washed it with clean water. After soaked it into water for 2 hours. (मूंग दाल धो कर पानी में भिगो कर रखे)

-> Takenout the dal (दाल) into the water. Take this dal (दाल) into grinder and add Chopped Green Chili (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Chopped Green Coriander (मोटा कटा हरा धनियां) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Ginger (अदरक) and grind it into grinder. Keep this mixture in a bowl. (दाल + कटी हरी मिर्च + हरा धनियां + धनियां पाउडर + अदरक मिक्सी में पीस ले)

->  Now filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and add Salt (नमक) + Yogurt (दही) + Parsley (अजवायन) + 1 spoon Oil (तेल) and mixed very. With the help of Lukewarm Water (गुनगुने पानी) make a smooth daugh like poori. Keep this daugh for 15 minute. (आटे को छाने और नमक + तेल + दही + अजवायन मिलाकर गुनगुने पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)

-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now roll it slightly and make size just like a poori. Now you also spread the dal mixture (दाल मिश्रण). (पूरी बेल कर दाल मिश्रण पूरी पर फैलाये)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then drop the rolled puri at the side of Dal (दाल की तरफ ) in the oil carefully. (Its mean dal side part of the puri should be below in Cauldron (कडाही)). Fried the poori both side. This should take only a few seconds. Flip the poori over and cook the other side until golden brown. (बेलन से पूरी बेले और पहेले दाल वाली तरफ से गरम तेल में तले बाद में पलट कर दूसरी तरफ से तल ले)

-> Your hot and delicious Rajasthani Moong Dal Poori Recipe (राजस्थानी मूंग दाल की पूरी) is ready. Served it witn Matar Paneer (मटर पनीर), Aloo Matar (आलू मटर), Yogurt (दही), Chutney (चटनी). (मटर पनीर-आलू मटर-दही-चटनी से परोसे)
