Rajma Salad

राजमा का सलाद

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Boiled Kidney Beans (उबला राजमा) ---------- 2 Cups

Chopped Tomatoes (कटा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 1/2 Cup

Thinly Sliced Onions (बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1 Cup

Spring Onion (हरी प्याज) ---------- 1


To be mixed into a dressing

Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल) ---------- 2 smallspooon

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- To taste

Shredded Lettuce (कटा सलाद) ---------- 1/2 Cup


How to make Rajma Salad (राजमा का सलाद बनाने की विधि)

-> First mixed the Boiled Kidney Beans (उबला राजमा) + Chopped Tomatoes (कटा हुआ टमाटर) + Thinly Sliced Onions (बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज) + Spring Onion (हरी प्याज) in a bowl and refrigerate till chill. (उबला राजमा + कटा हुआ टमाटर  + बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज + हरी प्याज को मिला कर ठंडा होने के लिये फ्रिज में रख देते है)


-> Before Serving add Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल) + Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) + Salt (नमक) + Pepper (काली मिर्च) and mixed very well. (परोसने से पहेले इसमें जैतून का तेल + नींबू का रस + नमक + काली मिर्च मिलाये)


-> Spread the Salad in the center of a serving plate and arrange the Shredded Lettuce (कटा सलाद) on the sides. (राजमा सलाद को प्लेट में बीच में रखे और कटे सलाद से सजाये)


-> Rajma Salad (राजमा का सलाद) is ready and serve immediately.


Nutritional value (पोषण का महत्व) :  Iron : 2.0 mg per Serving
