Rajwada is the one of the amazing and traditional palace of the Holkars in Indore. It is located near the Chhatris in the main square.
Rajwada is a seven storied composition and a different architectural styles. Rajbada palace displays a blend of Maratha, Mughal and French styles. It is a 200 years old palace and buit by the Holkar Dynasty around two centuries ago.It is also known as Holkars Palace. The palace consists of two structures, one of which is positioned in the centre of the city, while the other lies in the old part of the city.
In this palace there is a , welcomed with a courtyard made up of arched Ganesha hall, a number of windows, balconies, and corridors, ornamented by galleried rooms.

Main attraction of this palace is most stunning is the wooden entrance, which is protected with iron studs. In Rajwada palace, lower three floors are built of stone while the rest four are made of wood.
