Rava Burfi

सूजी की बर्फी 

Ingredients (सामग्री) : 

Roasted Rava (भुनी हुई सूजी) ---------- 1 Cup

Ful Cream Milk (फुल क्रीम मिल्क) ---------- 2 cup

Saffron (केसर) ---------- 5- 6 Flakes Soaked it into Warm milk(गुनगुन दूध में भिगोए हुए)

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1/4 cup

Sugar (शक्कर) ---------- 1 cup

Chopped Mixed Dry Fruits (कटे मिक्स डायफ्रूट्‍स) ----------  1/4 cup

Cardamom powder (इलायची पावडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

How to make Rava Burfi (सूजी की बर्फी बनाने की विधि)

-> First boiled the Milk (दूध). After you add Saffron (केसर) and mixed it. (दूध उबाले और इमसे केसर को मिला दे)

-> After cool it and mixed the Roasted Rava (भुनी हुई सूजी) and mixed very well. Keep it for 20-25 minute. (दूध ठंडा होने पर इसमें भुनी हुई सूजी मिला दे)

-> Now heat the Ghee (घी) in a Cauldron (कडाही). Now you add Milk (दूध) + Roasted Rava (भुनी हुई सूजी) and cooked it until it became thick. (घी + दूध + भुनी हुई सूजी को गाढ़ा होने तक पकाये)

-> After you add Sugar (शक्कर) and mixed very well and cooked it until mixture separate the Ghee (घी). (इसमें शक्कर मिला कर तब तक पकाये जब तक घी अलग न होने लगे)

-> Now spread some Ghee (घी) in a plate. After you spread the mixture (मिश्रण) on the plate. Now you add the Chopped Mixed Dry Fruits (कटे मिक्स डायफ्रूट्‍स) + Cardamom powder (इलायची पावडर) and with  the help of ladle (करछुल) press the Dry Fruits (मिक्स डायफ्रूट्‍स). Keep is aside for 1 hours. (मिश्रण में कटे मिक्स डायफ्रूट्‍स + इलायची पावडर मिलाये और घी लगी प्लेट पर फैला दे और करछुल की सहायता से डायफ्रूट्‍स को इसमें दबा दो)

-> After you cut the Burfi (बर्फी) into your desire shape.(बर्फी को मनपसंद आकार में काटे)

-> Rava Burfi (सूजी की बर्फी) is ready.
