Rava Mawa Laddoo Recipe (सूजी और मावे के लड्डू)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Rava (सूजी) ---------- 500 Gms or 2 1/2 Cup

Khoya (मावा) ---------- 500 Gms or 2 Cup

Ghee (घी) ----------  400 Gms or 2 Cup

Bura (बूरा) or Sugar  powder (चीनी पाउडर) ---------- 500 - 700 Gms (2,1/2 -  3,1/2 cup) 

Cashewnuts (काजू) ---------- 1/2 Cup

Cardamom (इलाइची) ----------  8-10

How to make Rava mawa Ladu (सूजी और मावे के लड्डू बनाने की विधि)

-> First you filtrate (छानना) the Rava (सूजी) in a rosette (थाली). (सूजी को छान ले)

-> Now heat the Ghee (घी) in a pan. When the Ghee(घी) becomes hot then add the Rava (सूजी) and roast it till it turns golden brown in color. Take out the roasted Rava (सूजी) in a plate and cool it. ( गरम घी में सूजी भुन ले )

-> Now in other pan take the Khoya (मावा) and roast it till it turns golden brown in color on low flame. After keep it aside to cool.( मावे को भुन ले और अलग रख दे )

-> Now cut the Cashewnuts (काजू) into small pieces and peel the Cardamom (इलाइची) and Grind it. (काजू काट ले और इलाइची को छिल ले )

-> Now add roasted Rava (सूजी) + Khoya (मावा) + Bura (बूरा) or Sugar  powder (चीनी पाउडर) and mixed well. After you ass the Cashewnuts (काजू) + Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) and mixed well. (सूजी + मावा + बूरा + काजू + इलायची पाउडर को मिलाये)

-> Take a little amount of mixture at a time in hand, shape it into round Ladoos and keep them on a plate. Repeat the same process to make other Ladu. (हाथो में थोडा सा मिश्रण लेकर मनपसंद आकर के लड्डू बनाये)

-> Delicious Rava mawa Ladoos are ready. You can store the ladoos for 10-15 days in a airtight container. ( लड्डू को आप 2 सप्ताह तक प्रयोग कर सकते है)
