चावल की खीर

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Rice (चावल) ---------- 70 gms or 1/2 cup

Milk Full Cream (दूध फुल क्रीम) ---------- 1 liter

Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 4

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 100 gms or 1/2 cup

Desi Ghee (देशी घी) ---------- 1 spoon

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 1 spoon

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 1 spoon

Makhana (मखाने) ---------- 1/2 cup


How to make Rice Kheer (चावल की खीर बनाने की विधि)


-> First keep the Milk (दूध) to warm. (दूध गरम करे)


-> Now washed the Rice (चावल) with water (पानी). After you heat the Desi Ghee (देशी घी) in a fry Pan. When Desi Ghee (देशी घी) became hot then add Rice (चावल) and fried it. To fried the Rice (चावल) Instead you may soaked the Rice (चावल) into water for 1 hours. (चावल धो कर देसी घी में भुने या आप चावल को १ घंटा पानी में भिगो कर रखे)


-> When Milk (दूध) comes to the boil then add fried or soaked Rice (भुने हुए या पानी में भीगे चावल) mixed very well and cooked it on medium flame gas and stir slowly with the spoon on the regular bases. (दूध उबलने पर इसमें भुने हुए या पानी में भीगे चावल मिला कर गाढ़ा होने तक पकाये)


-> When Rice (चावल) became soft then add Raisins (किशमिश) + Makhana (मखाने) + Cashewnut (काजू) and mixed. To make the Kheer (खीर), it takes about 1 hour. (चावल मुलायम होने पर इसमें किशमिश + मखाने + काजू मिला कर पकाये)


-> When Rice (चावल) and all dry fruits (मेवे) are became soft and Kheer (खीर) is thick then add Sugar (चीनी) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (चावल और सूखे मेवे मुलायम होने पर इसमें चीनी मिला कर पकाये)


-> Now off the gas and Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर). गैस बंद करे और इसमें इलायची पाउडर मिलाये)


-> You tasty Rice Kheer (चावल की खीर) is ready. Served it hot - hot.
