सोर्से माछ 

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Fish (मछली) ---------- 600 grams (cut into ½ inch thick slices)

Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) ---------- 3 tablespoons

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch piece

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 5 cloves

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Panch phoran (पंच फोरान) ---------- 1 teaspoon

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 2 measures

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 3/4 Smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Coconut milk (नारियल का दूध) ---------- 1 cup


How to make Sorse Maach (सोर्से माछ बनाने की विधि)


-> First heat the 1 tablespoon Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) in a non stick pan. When oil (तेल) became hot then add Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) and fried it for 1 minute.  (तेल + अदरक + लहसुन को फ्राई करे)


-> Cut the Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) and add it into pan. You also add the Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) and fried it for 30 second. Now you add the Vinegar (सिरका) and off the gas. (अब इसमें हरी मिर्च + सरसों के बीज + सिरका डाल कर 1 मिनट तक पकाये और गैस बंद कर दे)


-> Transfer this mixture (मिश्रण) into a mixer jar and grind to a fine paste.(इस मिश्रण को ठंडा कर के मिक्सी में पीस ले)


-> Now heat remaining Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) in another non stick pan.When oil (तेल) became hot then add the chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Panch phoran (पंच फोरान) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) turns to light golden brown in color. (तेल + प्याज + पंच फोरान मिला कर फ्राई करे)


-> In a bowl take Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) and add Salt (नमक) + 1/4 smallspoon Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and mixed it very well. (मछली के टुकड़े + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर को किसी कटोरे में मिला कर रखे)


-> In a pan you add ground paste (पीसा मसाला पेस्ट) into pan and mix well. Now you add 1/2 cup water (पानी) + Salt (नमक) +  remaining Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and mix it. (पीसा मसाला पेस्ट + पानी + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर को मिला कर पकाये)


-> Now you add Coconut milk (नारियल का दूध) + Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े), mix it very well. Cover the pan and cook till the fish is done. (अब नारियल का दूध + मछली के टुकड़े मिला कर मछली के सॉफ्ट होने तक पकाये)


-> Sorse Maach (सोर्से माछ) is ready and serve hot with steamed rice (उबले हुए चावल) (उबले हुए चावल से परोसे)
