Sour Vegetable

(खट्टी वेजिटेबल)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 2 big in sized

Carrots (गाजर) ---------- 1

Boiled Green Peas (उबले मटर के दाने) ---------- 1/2 cup

Cauliflower pieces (फूलगोभी के टुकड़े) ---------- 1 cup

Chopped Cabbage (कटी बंदगोभी) ---------- 1/4 cup

Cornflour (कॉर्न फ्लॉर) ---------- 50 gms

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- To taste

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 1/4 cup

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 25 gms

Oil (तेल) ---------- 50 gms

How to make Sour Vegetable (खट्टी वेजिटेबल बनाने की विधि)

-> First cuts the Tomato (टमाटर) + Carrots (गाजर) and boiled it. You also add Salt (नमक) + Pepper (काली मिर्च) and according to your requirement you can add more water. (टमाटर + गाजर + नमक + काली मिर्च को पका ले)

-> When water began to boiled then you add Sugar (चीनी) + Vinegar (सिरका). You also dissolved the Cornflour (कॉर्न फ्लॉर) into cold water. You also add the Cornflour Solution (कॉर्न फ्लॉर) and cooked it. (जब पानी उबलने लगे तो चीनी + सिरका + कॉर्न फ्लॉर घोल मिला कर पका ले)

-> When it became thick then you add Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो) and cooked it for 5-6 minute. (जब यह गाढ़ा हो जाये तो इसमें अजीनोमोटो मिला कर पका ले)

-> You tasty Sour Vegetable (खट्टी वेजिटेबल) is ready.
