Soya Poha

^ Preparation Time : 5 Minutes. ^ Cooking Time : 10 Minutes. ^  Serves 4. ^ Soaking time : 15 Minutes.


सोया पोहा

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Granules Soya (छोटा कणी वाला सोया) ---------- 1 Cup

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) ---------- 8 to 10

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Thinly Sliced Onions (बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1/2 Cup

Finely Chopped Green Chillies (बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Boiled Green Peas (उबले मटर) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Boiled Peanuts (उबली मूँगफली) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Chopped Coriander (कटा धनिया) ---------- 2 tablespoon


How to make Soya Poha (सोया पोहा बनाने की विधि)


-> First soaked the Soya (सोया) in 2 cups of warm water (गर्म पानी) for 15 minute. Squeeze the Soya (सोया) thoroughly and keep aside. (सोये को 15 मिनट पानी में भिगो कर रखे और बाद में पानी से निकाल ले और अलग रखे)

-> Now heat Oil (तेल) in a non stick kadhai. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज) and fried it for 1 minute. (तेल + सरसों के बीज को फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) + Asafoetida (हींग) and cook it few second. (इसमें कड़ी पत्ता + हींग डाले)


-> Now you add Thinly Sliced Onions (बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज) + Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) and cooked it until Onions (प्याज) turn to golden brown in color. (अब इसमें बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज + हरी मिर्च मिला कर फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Green Peas (मटर) + Peanuts (मूँगफली) + Granules Soya (छोटा कणी वाला सोया) + Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well and cooked it for 4 -5 minute on medium flame gas and stirring once in between. (अब इसमें हल्दी पाउडर + मटर + मूँगफली + छोटा कणी वाला सोया + नींबू का रस + नमक मिला कर पकाये)


-> Soya Poha (सोया पोहा ) is ready. Garnished it with Chopped Coriander (कटा धनिया) and served hot. (कटा धनिया डाल कर सजाये और गरम गरम परोसे)


Nutritional value (पोषण का महत्व) :  Calcium : 55.5 mg per Serving


Note : Soya granules provide plenty of calcium which is required for the development of fetal bones and teeth.
