Spicy Tandoori fish

मसालेदार तंदूरी मछली

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Fish (मछली) ---------- 800 gms

Ginger piece  (अदरक का टुकड़ा) ---------- 1 cm.

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 5 cloves 

Cumin seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1 tsp 

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 tsp 

Dried mango powder (सूखा आम पाउडर/ अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 1 tsp 

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 tsp 

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1 tbsp 

Chopped Garlic (कटा हुआ लहसुन) ---------- 1 tbsp 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Dry mint leaves (सूखे पोदीने के पत्ते) ---------- 1 tsp 

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 tsp 

Curds (दही) ---------- a little 


How to make Spicy Tandoori fish (मसालेदार तंदूरी मछली बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First take the Ginger piece  (अदरक का टुकड़ा) + Cumin seeds (जीरा) + Garlic (लहसुन) in a grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste. (अदरक + जीरा + लहसुन को पीसे)


-> Now you add Dried mango powder (सूखा आम पाउडर/ अमचूर पाउडर) + Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Curds (दही) into Ginger - Garlic paste (अदरक  - लहसुन पेस्ट) and mix well. (सूखा आम पाउडर/ अमचूर पाउडर + मिर्च पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर + दही को अदरक  - लहसुन पेस्ट में मिलाये)


-> Clean and remove the skin of the fish and cut the Fish (मछली) crosswise into desired size pieces. (मछली को साफ़ कर के स्किन निकाले और टुकडो में काटे)


-> Now you sprinkle the Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) on the fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) and keep aside for 10 minutes. (मछली के टुकडो पर नींबू का रस लगाये)


-> Marinate the fish (मछली ) with the ground paste (पीसा पेस्ट) for 3 hours. (अब मछली के टुकडो को पीसे पेस्ट में मिलाये)


-> Now remove the excess marinade (अतिरिक्त मसाला), brush the wire mesh with oil and place the fish on it in the preheated tandoor/grill. And Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. (अतिरिक्त मसाला निकाल कर मछली के टुकडो को तंदूर ओत ग्रिल में सेके)


-> Now turn the fish (मछली ) over and smear with Ghee (घी).Continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes until done. (मछली को पलट कर घी लगा कर दुबारा से सेके)


-> Brush the ungreased side with Ghee (घी) and return to tandoor /grill for another minute.(मछली की साइड्स पर घी लगा कर उनको भी सेके)


-> Spicy Tandoori fish (मसालेदार तंदूरी मछली) is ready. Served it with your favorite chutney (चटनी). (चटनी के साथ परोसे)
