Spinach Cheese Bhurji

पालक पनीर की भुजी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Spinach (पालक) ---------- 1 kg

Grated Cheese (कद्दूकस किया पनीर) ---------- 1-1/2 cup

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- less than 1/4 smallspoon (1/4 छोटी चम्मच से कम)

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 3-4

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 3/4 inch long pieces

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 10

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Spinach Cheese Bhurji (पालक पनीर की भुजी बनाने की विधि)

-> First remove the Stalk of Spinach (पालक की डंठल) and washed it 2-3 time with clean water. Take this Spinach (पालक) into sieve (छलनी). After you cut the Spinach(पालक).(पालक की डंठल तोड कर धो ले और छलनी मे रखे)

-> Now wahed the Tomatoes (टमाटर) and cut it into big pieces. Now take these pices into grinder and add Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) + Ginger (अदरक) and grind it into grinder. Takenout this mixture in a bowl. (टमाटर काटे और हरी मिर्च + अदरक के साथ पीसे)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot the add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it after you add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Tomatoes-Green Chili-Ginger  Paste (टमाटर-हरी मिर्च-अदरक का पेस्ट) and fried it until masale are seprated by Oil (तेल). (तेल + जीरा + हल्दी पाउडर + टमाटर-हरी मिर्च-अदरक का पेस्ट फ़्राइ करे जब तक मसालों के ऊपर तेल न तरने लगे)

-> Now you add Spinach (पालक) + Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed it very well and covered it by lid and cooked it for 4-5 minute on medium flame gas. (इसमे पालक + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिलाकर ढक कर पकाये)

-> After open the lid then you see the some water comes out of spinach leaves then high the gas flame and cooked it until all water doesnot dry up. (पालक के पत्तों से पानी निकल आता है अब गैस तेज करे और पानी के खतम होने तक पकाइये)

-> Now you add Grated Cheese (कद्दूकस किया पनीर) + Salt (नमक) + Cashewnut pieces (काजू के टुकड़े) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and mixed very well. Cooked it for 3-4 minute on slow flame gas. After it off the gas and Spinach Cheese Bhurji (पालक पनीर की भुजी ) is ready. (इसमे पनीर + काजू + गरम मसाला मिलाकर कर पकाये)

-> You Spinach Cheese Bhurji (पालक पनीर की भुजी) is ready. Before served, garnished it with Grated Cheese (कद्दूकस किया पनीर). (पनीर से सजाये)
