Spinach Pakora

 (पालक के पकोड़े)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Spinach (पालक) ---------- 200 gms

Gram-flour (बेसन) ---------- 300 gms or 1-1/2 cup 

Kasuri Fenugreek Seeds (कसूरी मैथी) ---------- 1 spoon

Carom Seeds (अजवायन) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- for fried

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हुयी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-4

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

How to make Spinach Pakora (पालक के पकोड़े बनाने की विधि)

-> First clean the Spinach (पालक) and washed it 2-3 times with clean water (पानी). And keep it into strainer. (पालक धो कर छलनी में रखे).

-> Now cut the Spinach (पालक). After you filtrate (छानना) the Gram-flour (बेसन) and mixed the water (पानी) and make a smooth paste. Keep this mixture for 15 minute. (पालक काटे और बेसन छाने  और पानी की सहायता से घोल बना ले).

-> Before to make the Pakora first fant the Gram-flour (बेसन) mixture. Now you add Chopped Spinach (कटा पालक) + Salt (नमक) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Kasuri Fenugreek Seeds (कसूरी मैथी) + Carom Seeds (अजवायन) and mixed very well. (बेसन घोल + पालक + नमक + हरी मिर्च + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + कसूरी मैथी + अजवायन मिलाये)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then with the help of Spoon take Pakora mixture (पकोड़ा मिश्रण) and drop it into Oil (तेल) and fried it on medium flame. You can fried 5-6 Pakora (पकोड़े) at one time. Taken out this Pakora (पकोड़े) into plate. (तेल में पकोड़े तल ले)

-> Tasty and delicious Spinach Pakora (पालक के पकोड़े) is ready. Served it with Tomato chutney (टमाटर की चटनी), green coriander chutney (हरे धनिये की चटनी), Chili sauce (चिल्ली सास) or  Tomato sauce (टमाटर सास) (टमाटर की चटनी + हरे धनिये की चटनी  + चिल्ली सास + टमाटर सास से परोसे)
