Sprouted Daal Paratha

अंकुरित दाल पराठा

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 250 gms

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Sprouted Moong Daal (अंकुरित मूंग दाल) ---------- 60 gms

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

How to make Sprouted Daal Paratha (अंकुरित दाल पराठा बनाने की विधि)


-> To get the Sprouted Moong Daal (अंकुरित मूंग दाल) first soaked the whole moong daal into wet cloth for 3 day. (अंकुरित मूंग दाल बनाने के लिये साबुत मूंग को गिले कपडे में लपेट कर 3 दिन रखे)

-> Now take a 1 table spoon Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Sprouted Moong Daal (अंकुरित मूंग दाल) + Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and cooked it for 5-6 minute. (तेल + अंकुरित मूंग दाल + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + गरम मसाला मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now Filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) in a plate and with the help of water make a smooth daugh and keep this dough for 30 minute. (गेहूं के आटे को छाने और पानी की सहायता से नरम आटा गूथ ले)

-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now take 1 ball and put some oil is in center of balls and put some Sprouted Daal (अंकुरित दाल) stuffing items and cover the mixture with the roti. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बना कर बेले और अंकुरित दाल मिश्रण बीच मे रखे और परांठे को चारो तरफ से बंद कर दे और बेलन से बेले)

-> Now roll it slightly and make size just like a roti and on tava cook the parathas on both the sides with the oil. And cook them until parathas became golden brown. थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक तवे पर फ़्राइ कर ले)

-> Hot Sprouted Daal Paratha (अंकुरित दाल पराठा) is ready and served it with fresh curd (ताजा दही) or sos (सोस). (दही-सोस से परोसे)
