Sprouted Moong dal Dosa

अंकुरित मूंग दाल डोसा

Ingredients (सामग्री)


For dosa (डोसे के लिये)

Sprouted moong (अंकुरित मूंग दाल) ---------- 1 cup

Rice flour (चावल का आटा) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried


For Stuffing (भरवान के लिये)

Boiled and mashed potato (उबले और मैश किए हुए आलू) ---------- 1/2 cup 

Grated carrot (कसा हुआ गाजर) ---------- 2 tablespoon 

Grated beetroot (कसा हुआ चुकंदर) ---------- 2 tablespoon 

Grated cabbage (कसा हुआ गोभी) ---------- 2 tablespoon 

Chopped onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 2 tablespoon 

Chopped tomatoes (कटा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 1/4 cup

Chopped coriander (कटा हुआ धनिया) ---------- 1 tablespoon 

Fresh grated coconut (ताजा कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 1 tablespoon 

Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon 

Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon 

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 2 

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ----------  a pinch 

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- a pinch 

Oil (तेल) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ----------  to taste


How to make Sprouted Moong dal Dosa (अंकुरित मूंग दाल डोसा बनाने की विधि)


For dosa (डोसे के लिये)

-> First take the Sprouted moong (अंकुरित मूंग दाल) and add 3/4 cup of water (पानी) in a blender and grind into a smooth paste. (अंकुरित मूंग दाल  + पानी को पीस ले)


-> Now you add Rice flour (चावल का आटा) + Salt (नमक) into dal paste (दाल का पेस्ट) and mixed very well. (चावल का आटा + नमक + दाल का पेस्ट मिलाये)


-> Keep this mixture for 15 minute. You can add more water if required to adjust the consistency of the batter.


For Stuffing (भरवान के लिये)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) + Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and fried it for 1 minute. (तेल + सरसों के बीज + करी पत्ते + हल्दी पाउडर को फ्राई कर ले)


-> Now you add Salt (नमक) + Asafoetida (हींग) + Grated carrot (कसा हुआ गाजर) + Grated beetroot (कसा हुआ चुकंदर) + Grated cabbage (कसा हुआ गोभी) + Chopped onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Chopped tomatoes (कटा हुआ टमाटर) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (नमक + हींग + कसा हुआ गाजर + कसा हुआ चुकंदर + कसा हुआ गोभी + प्याज + टमाटर मिला कर पकाये)


-> After you add Fresh grated coconut (ताजा कसा हुआ नारियल) + Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) and mixed very well and cooked it for 5 minute. (इमसे ताजा कसा हुआ नारियल + चाट मसाला मिला कर पकाये)


-> You stuffing is ready. (भरवान तैयार है)


For Dosa

-> Heat a tava and coat the tava with little Oil (तेल).


-> Now take 1 tablespoon solution of Dosa (डोसा), and spread it diluted with lighter pressure as Chila (rapper). Cooked it on medium flame gas.  When it cooked it spread  Stuffing mixture. and spread the oil on all the corners. (तवे पर एक चमचा घोल डालिये और चमचे से हल्का दबाव डालते हुये पतला चीला जैसा (रैपर) बनाये और धीमी आग पर सेके, जब ये सिक जाये तो भरवान मिश्रण रखे)


-> Now take non stick tawa and spread 1 tbsp fine paste whole of the tawa .


-> After roll it and remove the gas. Paneer Dosa Recipe is ready. 


-> Healthy and tasty Sprouted Moong dal Dosa (अंकुरित मूंग दाल डोसा) is ready.
