Stuffed Aloo Naan

भरवा आलू नान

Ingredients (सामग्री)

 


 

For Naan (नान के सामग्री)

 

 

Fine-Flour (मैदा) ---------- 400 gms or 2 cup 

Baking soda (खाने का सोडा) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Yogurt (दही) ---------- 2 spoon

Milk (दूध) ---------- 2 spoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 spoon

Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) ---------- for cooked the Naan ( नान को सेकने के लिये)


 

For Stuffing (भरवान के लिये सामग्री)

 

 

Potato (आलू) ---------- 200 gms or 3-4 medium sized 

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Chopped Ginger (बारीक कटा अदरक) ---------- 1 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 spoon


 

How to make Stuffed Aloo Naan  (भरवा आलू नान बनाने की विधि)

 

 

-> First  filtrate (छानना) the Fine-Flour (मैदा) and add Baking soda (खाने का सोडा) +  Salt (नमक) + Oil (तेल) + Yogurt (दही) + Milk (दूध) and mixed very well. Now with the help of Lukewarm Water (गुनगुने पानी) make a smooth daugh like poori. (मैदा को छाने और खाने का सोडा + नमक + तेल + दही + दूध  मिलाकर गुनगुने पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)

 

-> Covered this daugh with cloth and keep in hot place for 4-5 hours.(मैदा को ढककर किसी गरम जगह पर रखे)

 

-> Now washed the Potato (आलू) and boiled it. After cooling peel and break the Potato (आलू). (आलू धो कर उबाले और ठन्डे होने पर छिले)

 

-> Now add Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Chopped Ginger (बारीक कटा अदरक) + Salt (नमक) +  Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक कटा हरा धनियां) in boiled Potato (आलू) and mixed very well. Potato (आलू) stuffing is ready. (बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च + बारीक कटा अदरक + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + अमचूर पाउडर + बारीक कटा हरा धनियां को उबले आलूओ में मिलाये)

 

-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये). 

 

-> Now take 1 ball and put some oil is in center of balls and put some Cauliflower Stuffing (गोभी की पिठ्ठी) items and cover the mixture with the roti. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बना कर बेले और आलू की पिठ्ठी बीच मे रखे और नान को चारो तरफ से बंद कर दे और बेलन से बेले)

 

-> Now put it on hot tawa . When the lower surface of Naan became golden brown in color then trun the naan and spread some Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) and cooked it until it trun to golden brown in color. Prepare all Naan is same type.(नान को गरम तवे पर डाले, जब नान एक तरफ से हलकी भूरी हो जाये तो उसको पलट दे और घी और मक्खन लगा कर सेक़े)

 

-> Hot and Tasty Stuffed Aloo Naan Recipe (भरवा आलू नान ) is ready. Served it aloo matar ki sabzi (आलू टमाटर की सब्जी), raita (रायता), chutney (चटनी).(आलू टमाटर की सब्जी-रायता-चटनी से परोसे)
