Stuffed Cabbage

 (भरवा बंदगोभी)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Cabbage (बंदगोभी) ---------- 500 gms

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 500 gms

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 500 gms

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 25 gms

Boiled Green Peas (उबले मटर के दाने) ---------- 100 gms

Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Yogurt (दही) ---------- 200 gms

Potato (आलू) ---------- 50 gms

Ghee (घी) ---------- As requirement

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste


How to make Stuffed Cabbage (भरवा बंदगोभी बनाने की विधि)


-> First cuts the upper part of Cabbage (बंदगोभी) and with the help of peeler taken out the inside leaves of Cabbage (बंदगोभी). (बंदगोभी का ऊपर का भाग काट कर चाकू की सहायता से अंदर से गोभी को खोखला कर दे )


-> Boiled the Cabbage (बंदगोभी) in Steam. (बंदगोभी को भाप की सहायता से उबाले)


-> When Cabbage (बंदगोभी) became soft the fried the Cabbage (बंदगोभी) into ghee (घी). (बंदगोभी को घी में तले)


-> Now boiled the Cabbage leaves (बंदगोभी के पत्ते). Now heat the Ghee (घी) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Ghee (घी) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it for 1 minute after you add 2 chopped Onion (प्याज) + 2 chopped Tomato (टमाटर) and cooked it for 5-6 minute. (बंदगोभी के पत्तो को उबाले और घी + जीरा + प्याज + टमाटर को फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed very well. Now you add boiled Cabbage leaves (बंदगोभी के पत्ते) + Boiled Green Peas (उबले मटर के दाने)  + Salt (नमक) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) and cooked it for 5 minute. (धनिया पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + बंदगोभी के पत्ते + उबले मटर के दाने + नमक + गरम मसाला + हरी मिर्च मिला कर पका ले)


-> Now cool this mixture. After cooling fill this masala into Cabbage (बंदगोभी) and closed it by the tooth fix. (मिश्रण को ठंडा करे और बंदगोभी में भरे)


-> Now grind the remaing Onion (प्याज) + Tomato (टमाटर) + Ginger (अदरक) into grinder and make a smooth paste. (प्याज + टमाटर  + अदरक को पीसे)


-> Now heat the Ghee (घी) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Ghee (घी) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it for 1 minute after you add Onion-Tomato-Ginger Paste (प्याज-टमाटर- अदरक पेस्ट) and cooked it for 5-6 minute. (घी + जीरा + प्याज-टमाटर- अदरक पेस्ट  फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)  and roast it for 3 minute. After you add Yogurt (दही). (धनिया पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर  + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + दही डाल कर पकाये)


-> When Ghee (घी) is separate from the masala then add Water. After you put the stuffed Cabbage (भरवा बंदगोभी) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (पानी डाल कर भरवा बंदगोभी को पकाये 


-> Your Stuffed Cabbage (भरवा बंदगोभी ) is ready. Before served put the fried Potato Laccha (आलू लच्छा) into plate and served it. (फ्राइड आलू लच्छा डाल कर सजाये)
