भरवा मछली

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Herrings fish (हेरिंग मछली) ---------- 4 medium 

Boiled Potatoes (उबले आलू) ---------- 450 gms

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1 large in sized

Grated ginger (कसा हुआ अदरक) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Grated garlic (कसा हुआ लहसुन) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Finely chopped green chilies (बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Cumin seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 tablespoon 

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Gram flour (बेसन) ---------- 3/4 cup 

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 1/4 cup

Water (पानी) ---------- 2/3 cup 

Fresh soft bread crumbs (ब्रेड का चूरा) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- for deep frying

For Garnishing (सजावट के तरीके के लिए) :


Chopped Green coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Sliced lemon (कटा हुआ नींबू) ---------- 1 

Lettuce leaves (सलाद पत्ते) ---------- 4 

How to make Stuffed Fish (भरवा मछली बनाने की विधि)


-> First heat the Butter (मक्खन) in a frying pan and fry Onion (प्याज) until golden. After you add Cumin seeds (जीरा) + Grated ginger (कसा हुआ अदरक) + Grated garlic (कसा हुआ लहसुन) + green chilies (हरी मिर्च) and fried it for few second. (मक्खन + प्याज + जीरा + कसा हुआ अदरक + कसा हुआ लहसुन + हरी मिर्च को फ्राई करे)

-> Peel the Boiled Potatoes (उबले आलू) and mashed them. You add the Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + Boiled and mashed Potatoes (उबले और मैश किए हुए आलू) + Vinegar (सिरका) into frying pan cooked it on medium flame gas for 3 - 4 minute. (उबले आलू को छिले और मैश करे, फ्राई पैन में मैश किए हुए आलू + सिरका + नींबू का रस मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now clean and cut the Herrings fish (हेरिंग मछली) and stuff with potato mixture (आलू मिश्रण). (हेरिंग मछली को साफ़ करके काटे और आलू मिश्रण से स्टफ करे)

-> Make a batter by beating Gram flour (बेसन) + Water (पानी) +  bread crumbs (ब्रेड का चूरा) and mix it together  until smooth. (बेसन + पानी + ब्रेड का चूरा को अच्छी तरह मिलाये)

-> Now Heat Oil (तेल) in a kadhai / wok. When Oil (तेल) became hot then dip each fish (मछली ) in the batter and fry until golden & crisp on a moderate heat. (प्रत्येक मछली को बेसन के घोल में डीप करे और गरम तेल में तल ले)

-> Stuffed Fish (भरवा मछली) is ready. Garnished it with Chopped Green coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया पत्ते) + Sliced lemon (कटा हुआ नींबू) + Lettuce leaves (सलाद पत्ते). (हरा धनिया पत्ते + कटा हुआ नींबू + सलाद पत्ते से सजाये)
