Stuffed Papaya Paratha

पपीते के भरवां परांठे

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Raw papaya (कच्चा पपीता) ----------  500 gms

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 400 gms or 2 cup

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Grated Ginger (कद्दू कस किया अदरक) ---------- 1 spoon

Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक़ कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For Paratha 


How to make Stuffed Papaya Paratha (पपीते के भरवां परांठे बनाने की विधि)


-> First washed the Raw papaya (कच्चा पपीता) and cut it and remove the seeds and peel it. Again you washed it and Grate the papaya pieces in a bowl. (कच्चा पपीता छिले और उसके बीज निकाल कर कद्दुकस करे)


-> Now take a fry pan and heat the Oil (तेल). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it. After you add Chopped Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हरी मिर्च) + Grated Ginger (कद्दू कस किया अदरक) +  Salt (नमक) + Raw papaya (कच्चा पपीता) + Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक़ कटा हरा धनियां) and mixed very well and cooked it for 3-4 minute. Papaya stuffing (पपीता की पिठ्ठी) is ready. Keep it for cooling. (तेल + जीरा + बारीक़ कटी हरी मिर्च + कद्दू कस किया अदरक +  नमक + कच्चा पपीता + कटा हरा धनियां मिला कर पकाए, पपीता की पिठ्ठी तैयार है) 


-> Now filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and add Salt (नमक) + 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and mixed very. With the help of water (पानी) make a smooth daugh. Keep this daugh for 15 minute. (आटे को छाने और नमक + तेल मिलाकर पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)


-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)


-> Now take 1 ball and put some oil is in center of balls and put some Papaya stuffing (पपीता की पिठ्ठी) items and cover the mixture with the roti. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बना कर बेले और पपीता की पिठ्ठी बीच मे रखे और परांठे को चारो तरफ से बंद कर दे और बेलन से बेले)


-> Now roll it slightly and make size just like a roti and on tawa  cook the parathas on both the sides with the oil. And cook them until parathas became golden brown. थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक तवे पर फ़्राइ कर ले)


-> Hot Stuffed Papaya Paratha Recipe (पपीते के भरवां परांठे) is ready and served it with fresh curd (ताजा दही) or sos (सोस). (दही-सोस से परोसे)
