Stuffed Potato

 (भरवां आलू)

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Potato (आलू) ---------- 10 medium sized

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Thin chopped cashews (बारीक़ कटे काजू) ---------- 10-12

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 15

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tabelspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Chopped green Chili (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chopped Ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon


How to make Stuffed Potato (भरवां आलू बनाने की विधि)


-> First peel the Potato (आलू) washed it with water and Hollow (खोखला) it with the help of knife. Tken out the Potato pulp (आलू के गूदे ) in a plate. Soak the Potato (आलू) in water. (आलू धो कर छिले और चाकू की सहायता से आलू का गूदा निकाले)


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) bcame hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it 30 second. After you add Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + 1 Chopped green Chili (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Chopped Ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) and fried all these masale. When they fried then you add Potato pulp (आलू के गूदे) + Salt (नमक) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and cokked it 4-5 minute. (तेल + जीरा + धनियां पाउडर + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + आलू के गूदे + नमक + गरम मसाला मिलाकर फ़्राइ करे)


-> Off the gas and you add Thin chopped cashews (बारीक़ कटे काजू) + Raisins (किशमिश) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and mixed very well. (काजू + किशमिश + गरम मसाला मिलाये, भरने का मसाला तैयार है)


-> Taken out the Potato (आलू) in water and wipe (पोछ) it with the help of water. Fill it with filling. (आलू में मसाला दबा दबा कर भरे)


-> Take a pressure cooker and add 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and heat it. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) + 1 Chopped green Chili (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Chopped Ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) + Some Salt (नमक) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and fried it for 1-2 minute. (तेल + जीरा + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर  को प्रेशर कुकर में फ़्राइ करे)


-> When all masle are cooked the add 1 tablespoon water and add the filled Potato (आलू). Stir slowly in cooker and mixed the masale in Potato (आलू). With the lid closed the pressure cooker. After get 1 Whistle off the gas. (पानी + भरवां आलू धीमे से चला कर भूने हुये मसाले को आलुओं में मिला दें और प्रेशर कुकर मे पकाये)


-> After removing the pressure of coooker then taken out this into bowl and garnished it with Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां). (भरवां आलू को हरा धनियां डाल कर सजाये)
