Stuffed Tomato Recipe

 (भरवां टमाटर)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Boiled Potato (उबला हुआ आलू) ---------- 2

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 8-10 medium sized

Thin chopped cashews (बारीक़ कटे काजू) ---------- 10-12

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 15-20

Chopped green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspooon

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) ---------- 2 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 100 gms

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

How to make Stuffed Tomato Recipe (भरवां टमाटर बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Tomatoes (टमाटर) and cut the upper part of Tomatoes (टमाटर) as a sized of cap. Now remove the Tomatoes pulp(टमाटर का गूदा). After keep this Tomatoes (टमाटर) with its cap. (टमाटर धो कर और ऊपर की तरफ कैप की तरह काट कर टमाटर का गूदा निकाल ले)

-> Now grated the Cheese (पनीर). After you add Boiled Potato (उबला हुआ आलू) + Salt (नमक)  + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)  + Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) + Thin chopped cashews (बारीक़ कटे काजू)  + Raisins (किशमिश) and mixed very well. (पनीर कद्दूकस करे और इसमे उबला हुआ आलू + नमक  + लाल मिर्च पाउडर+  गरम मसाला +  हरा धनियां + काजू + किशमिश मिलाये)

-> Now heat 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot the add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it. After you add Chopped green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) + Tomatoes pulp(टमाटर का गूदा) and cooked it. When it became thick (गाढ़ा) the you add Cheese-Potato Mixture (आलू-पनीर मिश्रण) and fried it. This Mixture (मिश्रण) is ready for stuffing. (तेल + जीरा + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + टमाटर का गूदा + आलू-पनीर मिश्रण पकाये, भरने का मसाला तैयार है)

-> Now stuff the  Tomatoes (टमाटर) with this stuffing. (टमाटर में मसाला दबा दबा कर भरे)

-> Now take a fry pan and put the stuffed Tomatoes (भरवां टमाटर) and add 1/4 spoon Salt (नमक) + 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and covered it by lid and cooked it for 3-4 minute on slow flame. Now after 3-4 minute with the help of tongs (चिमटा) invert (पलटना) to stuffed Tomatoes (भरवां टमाटर). Cooked it until they trun to soft. (तेल + भरवां टमाटर + नमक डालकर मीडियम आंच पर पकाइये और 3-4 मिनिट बाद सावधानी से चिमटे की सहायता से पलट कर पकाये)

-> Stuffed Tomato (भरवां टमाटर) is ready to served.
