Sweet and Sour Chicken

मीठा और खट्टा चिकन

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Boneless chicken (हड्डी रहित चिकन) ---------- 375 gms

Eegg's white part (अंडे का सफेद भाग) ---------- 1 

Oil (तेल) ---------- 3 - 4 tablespoon

Pineapple cubes (अनानास क्यूब्स) ---------- 1 cup 

Cucumber cubes (खीरे के क्यूब्स) ---------- 45 gms 

Onions cut into long strips (प्याज लंबी स्ट्रिप्स में कटी हुई) ---------- 1 cup 

Chopped ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) ---------- 20 gms 

Chicken stock (चिकन स्टॉक) ---------- 450 ml 

Green chilli paste (हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) ---------- 25 gms 

Tomato ketchup (टमाटर की चटनी) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) ---------- 60 gms 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1/2 tablespoon 

Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) ---------- 30 gms 

Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Finely chopped spring onions (बारीक़ कटा हुआ हरा प्याज) ---------- for garnishing


How to make Sweet and Sour Chicken (मीठा और खट्टा चिकन बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First take the chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) and add Salt (नमक) + Eegg's white part (अंडे का सफेद भाग) + Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) + Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) mix well and Marinate it with for 30 minutes. (चिकन के टुकड़े + नमक + अंडे का सफेद भाग + कोर्न्फ्लौर + काली मिर्च पाउडर को आपस में अच्छी तरह मिलाये)


-> Now Stir-fry chicken (चिकन) until it half cooked. (चिकन को धीरे धीरे फ्राई करे और आधा पकाये)


-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Chopped ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) + Onions cut into long strips (प्याज लंबी स्ट्रिप्स में कटी हुई) + Green chilli paste (हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) and fried it till the Onion (प्याज) turns to golden brown in color. (तेल + कटा हुआ अदरक + प्याज लंबी स्ट्रिप्स में कटी हुई + हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट को फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add Tomato ketchup (टमाटर की चटनी) + Cucumber cubes (खीरे के क्यूब्स) + Pineapple cubes (अनानास क्यूब्स) + Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) + Sugar (चीनी) + Salt (नमक) , mix well and cooked it for 2 minutes. (अब इसमें टमाटर की चटनी + खीरे के क्यूब्स + अनानास क्यूब्स + सोया सॉस + चीनी + नमक मिलाये)


-> Now you add Chicken stock (चिकन स्टॉक) mix it and allow the mixture to boil. Dissolved the Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) in a little water and mix well. Add this into chicken (चिकन). Cooked it for 4 - 5 minutes. Off the gas. (चिकन स्टॉक + कोर्न्फ्लौर को आधे पके चिकन में मिलाये)


-> Sweet and Sour Chicken (मीठा और खट्टा चिकन) is ready. Served hot.
